I like Dr Bowen a lot she is a doctor that listens which is rare these days

Dr. Bowen is highly knowledgeable, professional and kind. I feel extremely blessed to have such a competent doctor in my corner!

Dr. Bowen is very knowledge and very helpful before/during/after the entire process. She is part of a great network of doctors.

After diagnosed with stage 2, Triple Negative breast cancer, Dr. Bowen became my Oncoligist. She oversaw my chemotherapy, and followed my surgery and radiation treatments. She continues to follow my recovery, and ongoing screenings. Her bedside manner is warm, with genuine regard for my health and well-being. She is brilliant, and I feel confident in her abilities. She’s an outstanding doctor! She takes time to see that every detail is explained in a way that I understand and feel comfortable with. She answers all my questions, and I feel a sense of control. I’m beyond grateful for the treatment and care I’ve received (and continue to receive) from Dr. Bowen.

Dr Bowen is ptofessional, caring and highly responsive. She goes into great detail to make sure she explains the difficult process involved with chemotherapy and encourages questions. A very thorough oncologist and love the support team at GA Cancer Specialists. Highly recommend!

Great doc! Great staff. I have nothing but good things to say about them all. My treatment was over in March 2012 but even now when I go for follow ups they treat me so well. I would recommend Dr Bowen anytime.

Dr. Bowen's staff is very caring, professional, and makes you feel as though you are the only patient they have that day. Dr. Bowen is professional, smart, and caring. She listened to all of my chemotherapy concerns. Answered all of my questions, and didn't leave the room until she know I was satisfied with the course of trtmnt I was going to receive.

We will never be certain if I was already stage 4 breast cancer because Dr. Bowen didn't feel the need in my having a PET scan before starting treatment. Yet there is a tremendous difference in treatment plans based on staging. It felt that her need was more monetary gain than curing or helping extend my life. The staff (especially front desk) are some of the worst, very rude and unprofessional. Her nurse, Hope, played doctor too many times with me via email and I continued to call her inaccuracies. Good thing I knew to be my own advocate. In this instance, BUYER BEWARE.

Dr. Bowen's lack of care and concern allowed my daughter to die of breast cancer. She does not think outside the box, relies only on protocols and "standard of care" (the minimum required) and is cold, clinical and uncaring. I would tell patients to stay away from her at all costs. She never once came to see my daughter in the hospital and when her cancer returned said she was on her own to find help.

This dr. Is the worst. she told my mother she had one to two months to live. With two cancers bowen did not refer her to another oncologist. i had to advocate for my mother. One year later she is still here terminal but here.
