Laureate Medical Group's Online Review Report Card

Where do I even start? Well, I’m used to the doctor’s office calling you when they get your blood results back but not at this place. I always had to call them and they would give me the same blood results for 6 months or more. The unorganization is one of the worst things about this place but then when I have family and customers telling me I’ve GOT TO find another doctor I think that explains it all!!!

This review pertains to the treatment from the front office staff at the Sandy Springs office that supports Dr. Qureshi. I received one round of Botox injections for my chronic migraine treatment. My insurance didn't pay and I had to pay roughly $1500 for the injections and doctor's visit. The injections don't even begin working until the 2nd or 3rd visit, so you have to return multiple times. Botox has a pay back program to receive up to $1200 back. The program requires documentation from the doctor's office proving that you received care for an approved condition. I dropped off the document to be signed. A week later and they still haven't helped. They lost the paper once already and I had to provide a second copy. They then gave me the run-around and after a week told me that I had to make an appointment to get my 1 page document back. It's very strange and honestly, feels like they either don't want to give me the document or want a copay.

Awful office and awful staff. I never even got to see the doctor. Drove over 1.5 hours to come down here. Let them know I was going to be a little late because of roadwork that was ALL up and down the road (30 minute delay for me). Then tried to tell them I was in their parking lot trying to find a spot for 10 minutes but couldn't get in touch with anyone. All for them to tell me I was going to have to reschedule because I was 20 minutes late (although I was in their parking deck for 10 of those). Stood in front of one staff memember at the front desk for three minutes before she bothered to look up from her phone to tell me to go somewhere else.

Normally I am seen at the main campus but changed to this one for a specific appointment. Just as lovely as the one in sandy springs

I have been a patient w/this practice for 8 years as a patient of Dr. Lisa Lefkovitz. She is an excellent physician, gifted w/intelligence, compassion & good humor. I moved to an area north of Atlanta, but stayed because of Dr. Lefkovitz. Now she is only at another location & I am still staying because of Crystal Sen & a nurse practioner & nurse Shameeka. The point is that the staff is knowledgeable, experienced & compassionate.2/9/21: My most recent appointment was 2/3/21. Dr. Lisa Lefkovitz is truly thorough. Because of my mature age, she checks my lungs to be sure all is well. I now see her @ the East Cobb location even though I now live in N. Georgia. It is a pleasant drive & Dr. Lefkovitz & her competent staff are worth the effort. The office strictly adheres to CDC guidelines & this provides even more confidence & respect. Dr. Lefkovitz will answer all questions & concerns. I hope you will consider Laureate Medical for your secure, confident medical needs.

I just switched to Laureate Med Group and am beyond happy I made the move. I was seen by Dr. Kiepura who is intelligent, kind and compassionate. This is the type of relationship that I was looking for in my general practitioner, one that takes the time to talk with me and cover all my medical concerns. Highly Recommend!!

Today I was seen by Dr. Cabrera-Kang and couldn't have been happier with the care provided. From the very beginning, it was obvious and reassuring that the practice was taking all precautions necessary to keep the patients and staff safe during the pandemic. They were prompt and I had minimum wait time. Dr. Cabrera-Kang was thorough and listened to my concerns. We went over images that I had in the past and discussed the plan in detail. I'm very grateful that I found this amazing neurologist and group!

I waited 6 months for an annual check up appmt with Dr. Marlow that his office rescheduled since April because of Covid. I made it to the office before my appmt time. I got delayed with a very important work call. 12 mins later they told me the doctor could no longer see me and I had to reschedule again. Needless to say the closest appmt was next year. I have waited at this same office EVERY time I have come for an appmt. The fact that they could have no flexibility to see me after a 12 min delay on my part shows just how much they care about their patients. Clearly, they are just there to make money. Nothing nore than a "patient factory".

Dr.Lin is the best Rheumatologist I had since I found out that I had Lupus erythematosus. DR.Lin is Professional and caring about your healthcare I love that she tells you diectly how to do better for your health issues she's great I don't know what i would do with out her on my Doctors team Thank you Dr.Lin for being the best Rheumatologist I had in many years .
