Does not respect patient's wishes Front desk: 10/10 - Staff went the extra mile to assist with paperwork, though privacy could be improved.Nurse: 10/10 - Compassionate and comforting, eased anxiety.Doctor: Dr. Vinokur - long delay to be seen, I had a discomfort with having more than just the doctor for my exam which was not honored. Overall, lack of privacy considerations. Dismissive attitude towards patient wishes. almost patronizing.Nurse displayed professionalism, but Dr. Vinokur's approach may not suit those valuing privacy and respectful doctor-patient relationships. Consider other options if these aspects are important to you.

I highly recommend this office by all means for any woman out there who is looking for professional and caring provider and team. From the moment I entered the office I was welcomed and felt comfortable. Everyone are so please thank and treat you like a human being not like a number. Dr. Vinokur is so knowledgable and informative. I can't say enough how I appreciate it.

Dr Vinokur is an amazing physician. She takes her time to explain a treatment plan in a very thorough way. She is caring, knowledgeable and very down to earth. She is one of a kind, and I am so glad I have found her and entrusted her in my care

I would not recommend Dr. Vinokur. My test was "lost" and I had to call asking where the results were. My condition that had been diagnosed was treated for 10 days and after that was told to use the ointment only when it flared up. No follow-up was requested by her. My pain that I was experiencing (enough to cancel a vacation) was dismissed defensively, and treated with ibuprofen. My new OBGYN is treating my condition with daily treatment and follow-up every 2, 4, then 6 months.

I saw dr. Vinokur for my annual exam. I am definitely not going back, for a number of reasons: 1. Wait time. 2. She made an error on my prescription. I called multiple times - no follow up and no change. I have to pay for another visit to another doctor to get it right. 3. After 6 weeks, I still have not received my results, even after multiple calls and requests with the office. Apparently, once you are out of the door, you no longer matterto her or her staff.
