Mary Eaccarino's Online Review Report Card

I started seeing Mary as my OB back in September (I think) of 2024. I was recommended to her through a friend as I had had a really bad history of mistreatment by other doctors. Mary herself is a FANTASTIC doctor and she really seems to care for her patients. She listened to every concern I had and walked me through everything was doing and made me feel unbelievably safe in the environment. I will agree that getting in touch with her outside of the office is a little lack luster but a woman is entitled to be busy and have a life outside of work. It was never outrageous how long it took her to respond, just wish there was a bit more detail to her response. I was also hit with several charges that I was not informed prior that I would have to pay but that’s not the doctors fault. And the lady with the curly hair who always has a cute nail set that works the front is unbelievably kind and always tries to help out if I have an issue (canton location) I recently had an iud insertion with Mary which I was really nervous about because I am super sensitive down there and I’ve had bad experiences with it in the past. Mary walked me through everything step, made sure I didn’t feel pressured to get it done, and was there to accommodate me and my comfort levels the whole time. Even remembering my previous experiences I had had with other doctors. 10/10 care, will absolutely continue to use her as a care physician

Cannot comment of Dr. Eaccarino's obstetrics care, but when it comes to gynecological care it is below standards. While she seems very compassionate in person, the reality is that she is pretty quick in the visit and, most importantly, doesn't truly listen. In addition, she does not educate, inform or help layout the options of treatments for symptoms. Then, if you need to follow up on bloodwork you are stuck in trying to communicate in a portal through a nurse. Even if you ask for a quick phone call, Dr. Eaccarino will not pick up the phone. When I first started going to her, I just let it go that that she was not the best at getting back to patients and it was often nurses who responded on her behalf. But, now that my quality of life is truly being affected and she is still unavailable, it is very problematic. Avoid her for all things perimenopause and menopause as she is not really interested her patients or their quality of life.

You won’t find a kinder, more caring, compassionate, relatable, or intelligent doctor. Dr. Eaccarino is what everyone hopes to find in a provider and I’m so thankful for her. Truly cannot recommend her enough!!

She was terrific! I felt completely as ease with Dr. Eaccarino. She listened to me and made me comfortable. I think I am done in the baby department (she helped me welcome my 3rd), but I cannot recommend her enough!

Amazing bedside manner.

So disappointed. I was a patient for many years, the last couple times seeing her for myself or daughters it feels like she just gets you in and out. I feel all medical procedures were not done that needed to be done. There was an issue with my daughter's blood work, I wanted to speak with her after taking her to a specialist. She did not return our calls. Who wants a doctor that cannot take 10 minutes to go over concerns. Her phone nurses were very rude and had know it all attitudes. NOT the care anyone wants for yourself or children. She used to be amazing we have decided to look for a obgyn that can return your call and take the time patients need to feel comfortable with the health concerns they need.

Very disappointed. Left several messages for her to call regarding blood work and to follow up on appointment to doctor she referred my daughter too. No call back. Feels like she did not care and very unprofessional.Her phone nurses were very rude with know it all attitudes. She used to be a great caring thorough doctor. Not our opinion anymore. Looking for new doctor

She goes above and beyond for her patients and is a great listener. Highly recommend

I had my first appointment with Dr. Eaccarino today and I am blown away at how incredible she is. Every single good review you read is so true! I have a difficult case with complex health issues and she took the time to listen to every concern and guide me to a clear and tangible plan for my future pregnancy. Dr. Eaccarino is exactly what I’ve been hoping to find in a Doctor- she is filled with compassion and knowledge. I am so thrilled to have found her! -Kiley
