The Northside network is all about trying to squeeze every cent out of you. Went for an annual physical and ended up paying a few hundred dollars for stuff like "facility fees" not covered by my insurance and I have pretty good insurance.

FROM THE TIME YOU WALK IN FROM THE TIME YOU LEAVE. THE OFFICE TECHNICIANS GREET YOU WITH A WARM GREETING THE SINCARITY OF THE STAFF FROM DOCTOR, NURSE'S, RADIOLOGIST, AND X RAY TECHNICIANS DOSE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WITH EACH PATIENT THEY (LISTEN) THEN THEY ANSWER ALL ABOUT YOU CONCERNS WITH STRAIGHT ANSWER'S THEY HAVE A HOST OF DOCTOR'S THAT WILL HELP YOUR PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS WHEN FELT THAT I HAD A CHEER LEADING TEAM THEY SHOWED ME THAT THERE ON THE TEAM TO. P.S. THERE THE GREAT ONE'S THE FIRST RESPODERS THAT PUT YOUR LIFE FIRST REMEMBER WE ALSO HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT THEY EAT TO THEY PAY BILLS TO THEY HAVE CHILDREN ALSO Make sure that don't Say that's too bad VOTE VOTE GOD BLESS YOU CARTER

Best team and staff, I have been around in a long time. Follow up by nursing staff, billing, where great, could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. McCord, answered all our questions and took the time to explain all treatments.

Dr. Austin is a very experienced doctor and knew the treatment that I needed. I am cancer free and very grateful. The nurses are so caring and made me feel encouraged throughout treatment!

People is disrespectful and very rude. They act just as they don't really care. Bad experience, specifically with the people who answer the calls.

Went there for Check up they charged me over 900$, called them many times and the manager refused to make any refund!!! Don't go there, poor management, horrible
