This might be the hardest practice to get a hold of someone when you need any sort of non-emergency assistance, e.g prescriptions request/refills. Customer service is terrible despite having good provider service.

Lots of locations nice staff.

The entire staff is very friendly abs helpful. Waiting time was minimal. Dr. Sergile is personable, professional and helpful.

What ever you do avoid this practice. I rescheduled an appointment and they dropped the ball and didn’t reschedule the appointment. I drove all the way from Ball Ground to Alpharetta at 6:30 am for a 7:30 appointment. They offered no explanation or apologyFor their incompetence and inefficientcy. I can just imagine how they would be with your healthcare.Caveat Emptor! Buyer beware.

Great experience at the Alpharetta office everytime I have gone for the past 15 years. I have always seen either Leslie Jackson or Virginia Bundy.

Absolute WORST place I’ve ever gone. Sat forever in the waiting room despite being on time. Overcharged me for services (I was referred to specialist), and they refuse to call you back to discuss even after 10 voicemails left. DO NOT go there. Screw them.

Got referred to a thyroid specialist by my physician, and when I got to the specialist she had no clue why I had been sent to her and said there were no notes about my symptoms in her system. They hadn’t transferred my notes over to the doctor they referred me to. My labs came back normal from the specialist, and when I called back to hear what my original notes said I was told that my thyroid levels were never messed up and my notes from my physician said I didn’t have to seen an endocrinologist. I was told to speak to the office manager and dispute my bill, which was high because that specialist isn’t covered on insurance. When the office manager finally called me back 5 days later, she told me the person that told me to dispute the bill read me the wrong notes, and that my physician said my levels were high but the endocrinologist said they weren’t.Long story short, this place is a mess and can’t keep up with their own patients. They don’t pay attention to simple notes. I will not be returning here and would not recommend going to this office. My doctors were Dr. Zedah and Dr. Denman. They mix up seemed to have come from their assistants, not from them, but either way I would not recommend them.

I've been a patient for may years. I see Dr. Tellakula and she is awesome! I never feel that she is rushed. She takes her time and listens to my concerns. I saw her last week. Was called back to the exam room promptly and she came in soon after. On some previous visits, I have waited a little longer than preferred to be seen, but this doesn't happen a lot.

Leslie Jackson FNP is the best NP I’ve ever seen, she really took the time to talk about my concerns and I was only scheduled for a physical. Appointment started on time and she made sure we went ahead and did the works since it was my first visit with her. Also gave me great online resources to cost compare for pharmacies and to find a therapist that would be covered under my insurance. So pleased she is my new PCM and I couldn’t be happier! Miranda was my MA and she was sweet as can be and really made the whole experience great. So pleased with this location as I just moved here and was not sure what to expect!

Please do not waste your time at this practice. It's a revolving door of doctors with no continuity and spotty care. The nurse staff is great...can't think of anything else positive about the practice though.
