Extremely unprofessional. Called yesterday and they said to come wait before the place opened and got us an appointment when we came back they said all their staff had tested positive and they won’t see us. My question is why would you let people into the facility if you hadn’t tested your staff. Very poor communication and execution

Completed forms online and quickly got a virtual appointment - then got scheduled within an hour. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient the process was. I waited a few minutes at the clinic and then got results in less than 2 hours. I am a senior, so perhaps we get preference.

I had a great experience getting a Covid test done here! There was no online appointment availability but I noted that they accept walk-ins. Because of the high volume of people trying to get tested right now, you have to get to the office about 1 hour before they open in order to get a same-day appointment. I believe they only schedule walk-in appointments one day at a time. After waiting for them to open, a really nice worker came around and gave each person a time slot to come back and get tested (can't get it done right away). It's not clear on the website that you have to come back, so wanted everyone to know! I had to come to this location twice since I didn't realize how high the volume of people waiting for appointments would be the first day. Line was wrapped around the building. Anyhow, I was called back for my appointment in a timely manner, and all staff members were very friendly!

Best experience I ever had at an urgent care. I liked the customer service the front desk gave us . I would gladly recommend this place and glad to have such a wonderful experience. Everything I needed was answered
