List of Satishkumar Ganjam's Reviews
First and foremost, I want to express my thanks to Dr Ganjam for his kindness, caring and medical expertise that’s resulted in my stable health- - this minute.I am so fortunate that Dr Ganjam is my primary care physician for 8 years. He is an excellent physician, upbeat and positive and accurate in his assessments, diagnoses and treatment. I am elderly and have been dealing with hypertension, type 2 diabetes and chronic low sodium (potentially dangerous disorder.)Dr Ganjam tracts my medical progress and stability. He addresses how to avoid risk factors that could worsen my health. He is kind, uses humor and , most valuably ,actively listens. We cover a lot in a few minutes. He manages to suggest an Eastern tip that might be meditation, Isha yoga, which I love. Hugely, he is excellentin instilling hope. Hope that enhances perseverance in life matters and happiness .
Dr. Ganjam is fantastic! This man truly cares about his patients and wants the best for you. If you are looking for a Dr. that listens to you and uses his passion to provide excellent care, this is your man!
I wish i could put more than 5 Stars for Dr.Ganjam . He is the best . Thank you so much Dr.Ganjam for everything
I can give only zero star. My husband went to Dr. Ganjam for Annual exam only. They took Extra test and sent bill for $69.66. During visit doctor said these test comes under annual exam so don't worry about it. But after receiving bill only we came to know they took extra test during Annual Exam. I called billing department so many times but it goes only to voice mail and left so many messages but I didn't receive call back. Then I emailed doctor through patient portal, he replied and told will forward to billing department. After two request, Ms. Christine(manager) called us and told to check with insurance why they didn't accept this claim. When I contact insurance they clearly said this claim is for diagnostics purpose only. So I again messaged to doctor and asked why did you take diagnosis test during Annual Exam?. He simply said ,he thought this test will come under annual checkup so from next year onwards they will correct it. So now who will pay my current bill?. Do they think $69.66 is simple amount. Why do I have to pay for their mistake?. Now am not at all receiving reply from doctor also. I cant contact anyone regarding the bill. These people are making money by taking extra test so everyone be alert. There is no customer service for billing department.
Very knowledgeable and really listens!
Dr. G is very down to earth, caring, and enthusiastic. He is also very responsive in the online app. He is always concerned about my health from a complete perspective.
Dr. Ganjam has been my PCP for a few years now. His decision making, willingness to listen, explanation of conditions and prescriptions, and friendliness has significantly decreased over the past year. He often has asks me to come in for an necessary office visit just so he can send routine medicine to my pharmacy of choice. Most recently, during an office visit at North Atlanta Primary Care, he was very rude and sarcastic in response too explaining my issue. (Note, this wasn't the first time he has responded to me sarcastically, however, it was his first time being rude.) I followed up via email, asking questions about new meds that he prescribed and I picked up last week, he was very curt in his response, as though he was not willing to explain. The only reason that I asked, was because the newly prescribed medicine is making me more sick with new symptoms. I do not recommend Dr. Ganjam as a PCP.
My primary care physician does excellent work and strong listening skills and bedside msnners
Pleasant fellow. Doesn't care about patients only pushing tests to generate more income and prescribing medication that can have horrible side effects.
Dr Ganjam - I'm writing this review after ~7 visits over about 18 months. This experience is with NAPC, which is a large & overall very good practice I've used for 17 years. Pros - knowledgeable, generally effective, & accessible Cons - zero empathy or ability to express compassion (at least to me) So as long as you don't have anything complicated and aren't emotionally concerned about any health issue, he is a fine choice. In my experience, when faced with a situation that required empathy, it seemed like he /wanted/ to improve the situation, and had absolutely no idea where to begin. The first time wasn't a big deal, but the second time was a big deal enough to cause me to switch providers.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
