Never go to this place.I had my annual physical with Dr sima Pandey in August 2020 which was supposed to 100% covered by my insurance. However I received a huge bill which was totally unexpected.. prior to the visit I checked with this practitioner and they said it’s totally covered too.When I wanted ask about the bill they didn’t have the same eager which they had when I was registering! They transferred the calls to many other places.If there’s any out of scope things they covered during the check up they should have told me ( it was just simple check up anyway)I am so frustrated and still paying their bills. Will never ever recommend this to anyone.

I have not seen Dr. Pandey since she left the VA Healthcare system; however, she is, by far, the best physician I have seen at the VA. I have no doubt that, unencumbered by the VA, she is providing excellent healthcare for her patients. My recommendation is, without reservation, the highest I can give.

Pamela's husband here. Dr. Pandy is 1st rate. She WAS not only our VA PCP but was advanced enough in the VA to be the senior doctor of the whole district. . . . UNTIL the VA 'dissed' her. Dr. Pandy is also an astute diagnostician identifying not only maladies but their causes AND not only treatments but often treatment options to accommodate the patient. The Wellstar organisation is vacuous (a euphemism to be sure). Wellstar seems to have somehow corralled just about every competent healer in north Georgia. . . . . . & Dr. Pandy is one of the best. . . . . . IF Wellstar's interference can be tolerated. I have had better treatment administratively from the IRS.Sooooo . . . . . To summarize:Dr Pandy.- Excellent _ _ _ _Wellstar Office administration - Not so much; vacuous.- - -

no complaints with the Dr. she is responsive and answered all my questions and concerns but after the visit, I received big bill stating my insurance doesn't cover for one of the service. I specifically asked before I opted and they clearly mentioned it's covered and don't have to pay anything. It's annual visit. When I called Wellstar, representative mentioned that they don't know whether my insurance covers the cost or not until they submit, if that's the case, they should have clearly mentioned before I took the service not after. Don't go there, I visited many providers, they are very clear about the service and the cost associated with it.
