Dr. Pushpa and the hygienist staff was great in explaining the treatment plan and answering the questions, but the front office lady got irritated and was rude when asked something twice.

Dr. Sharon is an excellent Doctor and both my kids had a pretty great experience with her. However, i would not at all rely on the treatment estimates given by the front desk. Very recent - my 6yr old needed dental crowns, initial est cost was arnd 350$ but I ended up paying 700+$. Another incident where she needed extraction, i was told my cost was 24$ which i paid upfront and later on i got a call fr pending bal of 113$. Dr Sharon is 100% recommended but i would do my due diligence before starting with any treatment plan.

Avoid talking to the Front Staff at any all costs, she needs to learn class 1 of talking to patients and being helpful, avoiding any conflicts, extending support - Instead she is Arrogant, Disrespectful, Rude and Non Helpful at all. Wish there was a way to escalate and bring this to somebody’s attention that she is Upset about something and takes it out on the patients.

Good Afternoon Both my kids have been a patient of Dr. Sharon for at least 3-4 years. She is an excellent Doctor and has great experience. I am going to get this feedback posted across your forums - The front office staff you have is ABSOLUTELY and INCREDIBLY arrogant and unprofessional. Your staff absolutely cares a damn about patient's availability and offering them any extra dates - here are her comments: * What do you want? You want us to work extra hours, we cannot do that. * I am giving you two dates, nothing works for you, it is your Problem. * When asked about her name - BANG, goes the phone. It is my problem? It is my problem? All am asking is another date in August 2025 at 2 PM that will mutually work but this Arrogant lady hung up the phone and never picked again. It is a big shame you have her as front staff handling the patients. Dr. Sharon - you lost two solid patients, two solid parents and tons of great referrals today. Again - what a shame that front staff is.

I was so impressed with how quickly I was able to get appointments for my three kids. I was even more impressed by the professionalism and competency of the front desk- they know their stuff. I was most impressed by Dr. DeSouza. She had an amazing bed side manner with my kids and she explained things so well to us all. She's been practicing at this location for 25 years and it shows. Pricing was upfront and super clear. I'm so glad I found Smile Magic!

STAY AWAY!!!! Deplorable!!!!!!!!!! Office is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Office has NO customer service SKILLS and is beyond rude to everyone. Office staff will fight with you and your insurance provider and then hang up on you and your insurance and not listen to the insurance explain the benefits and coverages, and be extremely rude. My insurance provider tried to explain to office that anesthesiologist is covered on my plan regardless in or out of network because its covered with the procedure , and explained they can NOT say it's denied and never bill your insurance. They refuse to do a pre D which is an explanation of benefits and prices detail coverages. Office argued with them and then hung up on them. My insurance is now doing balance billing complaint which is investigate for their business practices and pull them from the provider list They want to over charge you for IV anesthesia so they make money, a lot of extra money. STAY AWAY !!!!

My daughter was really scared, but they were extremely thoughtful and patient! Thank you so much! ❤️ everything was so simple and fast and the front desk was extremely helpful!

Our first time at Smile Magic Dentistry! And 100% satisfied. My 6 year old had an appointment today and everything went so well. The staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter felt comfortable and enjoyed the play room in the waiting area and the movie played above the chair while she was getting her teeth cleaned. All the staff worked together for a very smooth appointment! You could tell that they care and have a great work environment! SO HAPPY we switched dentists and found Smile Magic! Thank you!

Great experience at this place and they were very friendly.
