Dr Reddy broke my IUD inside my uterus while trying to remove it and failed after two visits. She did not tell me it was broken even though they had it on Doppler and transvaginal ultrasound. I had to go to a different dr, Dr Rogg, who discovered it was broken by Dr Reddy and expertly removed it. Most painful experience of my life. I was given nothing for pain management. I am shocked by the negligence.

She is money minded I visited 3 times, each time I pay money to them I have insurance. And they won’t update results quickly. After pregnant also they didn’t do any thyroid tests

Try to cancel appointment I calls back to back one time answer after that don’t pick my call same time call from other no and she give excuses and not want to cancel my appointment

During our first visit doctor prescribed test’s which includes blood work.. The nurse took me through all the phases checking weight height.. asking questions n filling paper work.. took out the blood for the blood work… also asked from which country.. All went smoothly… but during the second visit they charged medical service saying our nurse did the job of taking out blood for blood work in absence of quest people.. we were surprised how the patient become held responsible for the absence of quest people… The physician clinics includes the quest laboratory and they are in agreement.. It would have be fair if they have charged the quest not the patient… Atleast the nurse should have intimated us that the quest people are not available and it takes additional charges… Blood work completely done by quest does not include those additional charges… The receptionist answering very unprofessional to the questions being asked.. They ask us to come early for the appointment and after coming they asks us to wait as the quest people did not come yet… when asked for waiting time… Replied as ‘I dont Know… when they come.. will inform you until then wait’ ! Very unprofessional behavior! The doctor asks for concerns but don't answer to those concerns… No explanations atall for Test n results … I really like a doctor who educates, informs, and suggests us!

What stood up for me was how good the nurse practitioner made me feel. She explained everything and was kind and caring. The staff is amazing! 100% recommended 👌🏼

Very welcoming and Polite staff. Love the transparency that was provided regarding what is included in my insurance. Dr. Reddy was very informative and helpful. Would return again.
