I have had many visits as Donna Compton my married name , Dr Greer is the Best! He explains the procedure all the way as it happens. He makes you feel so comfortable and relaxe . His assistance are wonderful! Office staff is 5 stars as well! I recommend them So Highly!!

#1 - doctor was an hour late for laser ablation appointment. I overheard the front desk staff say “she thought she had the day off” And then they lied to me and said it was a family emergency. #2 - front desk already knew the doctor wasn’t there, yet proceeded to have me get changed for the procedure and then, only because I went to the front desk to ask a question, told me the doctor wasn’t there yet and it would take another hour. #3 - I was supposed to be treated by Dr. Greer that day. He was on vacation. They did not notify me about a change of doctors prior to my appointment. #4 - after a quick scan a few weeks ago, I made an appointment to have the 3-month scan AND additional sclerotherapy in one day. After the 3-month scan they told me they did not schedule me for additional sclerotherapy and told me I needed to reschedule. Even though I specifically requested this when I scheduled the appointment at the front desk. #5 - they say little or no downtime in their ads, but that is not the case. 2 months after my initial treatment, my leg still hurts and looks worse than it did before surgery. I have not been able to do my job as a fitness instructor properly ever since. I am very disappointed with their poor service and not giving me the proper treatment I’m paying for. These are just a few of the things that have gone wrong during my office visits so far. I hope insurance covers my remaining treatment at a different clinic or cardiovascular surgeon. Because I do not want to go back to Vein Clinics of America. I do not trust their ability to take care of my varicose veins anymore.

Dr. Greer is fantastic! Support staff here are a nightmare! Complete lack of standardized processes and treatment protocols. The support staff has VERY high turnover, are untrained, no cross training and are incompetent and unpleasant. I received months of treatment here. Getting everyone on the same page or even getting scheduled is a time consuming nightmare every step of the way. This is a cattle call "money grab" with zero thought to "patient experience". Don't walk, sprint from this dive.

Great doctor! Explains procedures and options well. The office staff and the technicians (they do the vein mapping), do all they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable. No pressure and all options are explained and questions answered.
