List of Upperline Health's Reviews
I brought my 95 year old dad their to get his toenails cut. Before they even said hello, they asked for a credit card and a $75 upfront charge. Before I doctor even came to see in, some (obviously) unqualified staff person came in and starting cutting. She cut much more than his nails. He was bleeding a good bit. When the doctor finally walks in, he says, "guess we cut you". This is not funny to a 95 year old WWII veteran. And not we get an additional bill for almost another $100.They must be crazy. Stay away.
Dr. Warner treated a chronic foot condition for me for several years. The quality and level of care he provided were exceptional. He recommended a couple of surgical procedures--one by a colleague and one by him--to address the root causes of my chronic condition. These procedures were very effective, resulting in the elimination of the chronic condition and my being able to resume "normal" activities. I am very grateful for Dr. Warner's care and professionalism. I give him the highest rating.
Dr Warner cured me of a condition that is very hard to treat, so he definitely gets my vote! He had an excellent physician's manner and was very cheerful. Great experience.
Dr Warner has been very professional and fixed my ingrown tornail easily. The staff does great as well.
Dr. Warner performed surgery on my broken foot and treated me for the 3 month healing period. I feel very appreciative of the care I received from the doctor and his staff.
Very professional, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed my problem...then fixed it. I can't ask for more.
For some reason, I was recommended to his office. I've given the office two tries--the first time Dr. Warner hardly looked at my son and seemed uninterested in the task. The office promised to get test results and call me as soon as they got them. When I didn't hear from them by week three, I called them over three times to get them from him. It wasn't until a month had gone by and they assured me they'd have the results by the next visit, that I went to the doctor with my son and they STILL had not gotten the report or even reviewed the report. The visit was for nothing, and they still charged me for it. To get a hold of someone in billing or in scheduling is akin to staying on the phone and waiting for an insurance representative. It's a circular, winding process that is not worth the little help I have received from this office. The only saving grace is a sweet nurse from the North that is in the office who is super-good to kids; otherwise, the rest of the staff is short of perfunctory and is disinterested in the task at hand, it seems. This is the first time I've ever written a poor review for anyone. I felt I should tell any future patient so you don't go through the waste of time and expense that I have. I hope this doctor improves his bedside manner as well as his unemotive staff.
Absolutely the worst Dr's office I have ever experienced. The front staff is clueless, and they require prescriptions to go through a compound pharmacy that takes days, at that's only after or if they call it in. Took longer for the xray than the time the Dr. spent with me. Never will go back.
Incorrect diagnosis just to be billed for the most expensive and useless night foot splint which did nothing to help the pain that despite doctor assurance was not covered by insurance.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
