I met with Erdelyan, Gregory. The appointment didn’t go as planned because he kept joking about not being able to do vein treatments on your foot because they’ll have to cut it off. I paid my copay and left. I then get a bill for $75. I tried calling their billing department AND emailing about 6 times. I’m not giving them ANYTHING. (And btw if they have your credit card number they’ll automatically start charging you.) I wouldn’t recommend this place nor that doctor.

06/07/25 update- Almost two years after paying my bill in full I received a past due notice for the original 12/2022 bill today. This place turned me over to collections before I ever received a bill or call to schedule my appointment. Do not do business with this practice. I’ve been treated by Dr. Greer in the past and had a great experience. USA Vein Clinics has ruined his practice. Received a collection text today.This is the first communication I’ve received regarding my free consultation in 12/2022. I never even received a follow up call or report from my consultation. Billing department said I’ve received a monthly statement by mail each month and told me to call the post office. I’ve been treated by Dr. Greer in the past And his office always called and sent reports. I received nothing. So disappointing. Don’t worry I will never do business with USA Veins again. I cannot believe the horrible lack of customer service. Today after calling billing I received my first statement via email.The guy told me I have received these before. I have not. How am I supposed to pay a bill I don’t even know about?I am so disappointed that I will not be able to work with Dr. Greer’s office anymore.

Dr. Greer was great, but after they were bought by USA Vein clinics they couldn't get my insurance right and kept having to postpone treatments. I asked multiple times who I could call to get them the correct info and was only told they would call me back to then never get that call. I finally decided to stop treatment only to then get a $500 bill from them for services that were never rendered. After much time on the phone and supposedly getting that fixed, I got a letter from a collections agency two years later! The whole thing felt like a scam and I will be finding alternate providers for any future treatment.

Service was great however the billing part was so weird. Instead of a bill the send a text. Then if you don’t pay through that phone calls from all over the US come to you wanting to collect payment. I mean it feels so sketchy. I went to the website and my invoice was not available for me to pay. I called the number on the website and the agent sent me an invoice that does not even have US vein on it . It has the parent company US clinics of America. After all this due dilligence on my part , I now feel OK confident to pay but it still feels scammy!
