Terrible customer service..... for a covid test they wanted a $50 co pay... Go to Piedmont Urgent care....no co pay there for covid!!

This will be my new urgent care location. I live closer to another one but due to availability I found myself here for an appointment. The check in process was quick, the set up inside for distancing done well, they have a tv monitor to track when you are up and help you with the status of being seen, they saw me at my appointment time, were efficient- professional and knowledgable during my appointment. I was in and out. They also answer their phones if you need to call-Something my other location does not do.

I show up with my sick child and question number one with insurance card in hand is do you accept our insurance. Was told yes. Fill out paperwork and wait over 1.5 hours with a sick child to then be told sorry we do NOT accept your insurance.
