Totally awesome!! The nurse and PA were so professional and so nice. The place is clean. They really care about helping you get well. I got the two meds I needed. They don’t just hand out antibiotics. They really care about what is going to work best. I’ve seen Dr. Smith at this location for years and it was his day off this last time I went but the professionals that helped me were great!

I had a very pleasant experience at this location and the staff are super nice and helpful. I was seen almost immediately and nurse Lauren was an Angel. I so happy and blessed to have this clinic near my neighborhood.

This was a great experience. I came in explained my history and what I was feeling and the Doctor knew what to ask and how to treat me. Same thing happened last year and I went to North Side and that was a horrible experience. X-rays, cat scans and nothing was done in the end. The staff and doctors here were all pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend.

During COVID, Piedmont was always the most efficient, wellhrun facility to get a test or a vaccine. I've continued to go there ever since, including yesterday with a minor infection. Every person smiled, and I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. What more could you want?

Everyone is super nice. I always have a good experience at this location. Jackie is always so nice and encouraging. Her nurse was equally as nice. I arrived a little early for my appointment and was seen right away.
