Everyone in this practice from front office to docs are amazing. We've been utilizing their care for over 10 years. My daughter recently said "Dr Bak always makes us feel safe" when asked if she was afraid of going to the dentist. Excellent care from Dr Bak and Dr Keleske!

We love Windward pediatric. We have been taking our children here since we moved to Georgia 4 years ago. The entire staff is always super helpful, kind, and makes the dentist experience enjoyable.

When we moved from California from a trusted pediatric dentist, we were concerned that we would have a hard time finding someone as trusted. So happy we found this group! We took our kids from small kids to teenagers and wouldn't have had to change if it wasn't for us moving out of state. Dr Keleske is amazing, her staff from front desk to all higienists, everyone is committed to provide the best service. Appointments are easy to schedule and they're also great to send reminders. They're so good about it that one occasion I had someone calling me at the time of the appointment to ask if we were going to make it and because I couldn't, she was incredibly nice to reschedule it without hesitation or charge like most places would. Highly recommended! Nice location in John's Creek

It was a bad experience! I take my 2 kids there, the nurse show me a peace of cookie in there tooth and say it's a big hole that they need to close, I was able to take it off with my nail. Not professional at all, and the doctor say because they see it my kids have to do X-rays. I come to have my kids clean tooth and run with my kids from there. Not recommend

She is so UNPROFESSIONAL... She judged my decisions as a mom, made me so UNCOMFORTABLE with her questions... She could just cancel the appointment instead of taking us in, insulting me in front of my kids and telling me that she doesn't want to see my kids. She apologized at the end because she just couldn't keep her words to herself and behave professionally. I felt like she was waiting for a long time to take us in and tell us all those mean sentences... I don't say how you have been raised since I don't judge others parents' decisions. But you have bad attitudes.

I was referred by a friend about this clinic couple years ago. Since I came to this office, every decision Dr. Bak made for my kids turns out correct and the results are helpful for their teeth. In the last couple years, I did have couple insurance questions, Martha at front desk always provided me explanations and solutions. She consistently helps me solving insurance claims.

I had this experience for the first time where the doctor will give you estimation for fixing 3 issues, takes the estimated money (after fixing 2 issues) and refers the most important extraction work to a ortho dentist. This was kind of cheating.

Always an enjoyable visit! My 6 year old son loves the movie room and fish tank and the prize at the end, The front desk ladies are especially welcoming and easy to work with!

Wonderful office staff! Always a joy to speak with them. Dr. Bak is wonderful. He is patient, speaks with ease with my teen, and does amazing work! Highly recommend!
