The front desk women are rude, looking at their phones and can barely acknowledge you-lots of eye rolling. I called twice asking the doctor to call me back, for a conference call- still waiting. Dr. Gandy appears to know what he is doing(although he has a bit of a GOD complex) but he needs to ensure he calls people back. His follow up is awful. Wait times are horrendous.

This man has saved my life three times when other doctors pushed pills at me, Dr Gandy did genetic research to determine the cause and best recourse for treating my heart issues that even the major hospitals had not been able to control.Ari Silberman

Dr. Gandy not only has an excellent database of knowledge, but readily offers explanation in a way that I, as a patient, not only can grasp, but can then discuss options intelligently. I found an ease with his manner of dealing with me as a patient as well as staff confident, compassionate and caring. Immediately, it was very evident wanted to know me as a person in treating me as his patient. Refreshing and rare. I would highly recommend this physician to any and all. As a 50 year healthcare provider myself, I find Dr. Gandy trustworthy as well as an excellent provider of care with knowledge and communicative skills unmatched. Thank you Dr. Gandy and staff

Dr Gandy is a great cardiologist. The only negative which is big - is there is always more than an hour wait time. This site states an average 10-15 wait time - not sure how they came up with that. Office staff is questionable. Echo test results were supposed to be delivered to my surgeon and I had to constantly follow up and check on the status. Ultimately I had to pick up the results personally and deliver them to my surgeon. The staff and their effectiveness leave a huge negative impact.
