The nurse practitioner is very helpful and informative. She knows how to explain medical terms in a simple way for you to understand. She is also very kind.Downfalls...1. I can never get the office to answer the phone !!!When you call the phone number to the Americus office it transfers you to an office that will pick up the phone. Then they transfer you to the actual office if you need to do anything other than make an appointment. Which that is fine with me if you could get anyone to answer the phone in the Americus office.2. When I am transferred to the Americus office, the phone rings and rings then hangs up!!!3. I even drove to the office today spoke with the employee (receptionist) that works in the front office. She told me she would handle everything. But my tasks were not complete. So I will have to go back to the office tomorrow and hopefully get to squeeze in 5 minutes with the NP so that my task will be completed.Wish I had a better way to contact the NP other than by phone.

I always have a great experience with Dr Busman. He is thorough and caring. And his diagnosis and remedy has always be very accurate. The whole staff at Phoebe Sports Medicine is friendly and helpful.
