Poorly managed. You may or may not have a competent provider. As noted in previous review the neighborhood health centers offer a range of nonemergency health services. This location is more central. Near downtown shops and offices and Lay Park Community Center. On a transit line.

I have been trying to reach them for over a month regarding medical records. They have never answered the phone Not even once They are the only doctor that has ever given me immunizations so they’re the only ones who has my record. While trying to call an automated voice recorder says to request medical records you have to fax a request form to their office. I have done this about a month ago and have never received a fax back. Dr. Lawerence is amazing but it’s useless when you can never get a hold of anyone at the front desk.If you have to come here go to the one on McKinley Drive. They have answered and are very helpful.

Set in my car for more then an hour waiting for them and never got called in to see the doctor.

I am disabled. I waited 3 weeks they still havent faxed my referral to the pain mgmt clinic. 3 weeks so now I will have to go there get the reference letter and take it myself. Incompetent or lazy one or the other. 3 weeks they couldnt even fax referral letter. You tell me incompetent or lazy and they lied on top of that and said they had faxed it. Your response shows your more interested in public perception. If you were concerned for me you would fax the referral. Simply turn around and press send.

They had a good system in seeing people and taking care of there needs I got my covid19 shot 💉 and was out within 1520 minutes

No one ever answers the phone. You would think the people that work in the front office are the doctors working with patients. If only one patient is allowed insidewhy cant anyone answer the phone?...21 minute wait time to book an appointment is ridiculous.
