This was our 1st time experience with Dr. Chad Poole & his staff. We are very pleased with a very extensive eye exam performed by Dr. Poole, who was so friendly & put our mind at ease concerning any questions we had about him, his professional experience & our eye care moving forward as we age. When we walked in the door Claudia welcomed us with a bright smile. Jada performed the pretesting & called our previous eye doctor to compare notes from last year. I so appreciated Jada going the extra mile. Also, Chris is is a "PRO" in helping you find the right style of glasses & billing directly so you can receive all of your eye insurance benefits. Dr. Poole and his staff are very attentive and want you to be happy and guarantee all their work and products. All the staff members take the extra time to go over any questions you might. I so appreciate Claudia today answering all my billing questions. She is an asset to Dr. Poole. We had such a great experience we will be back next year.

Dr. Poole is a very knowledgeable and dedicated profesional. He is an educator at heart and very interested in making sure his patients understand their conditions so they can actively participate in their own ca I'm so thankful Dr. Poole and Julie chose Braselton as the location for Elan Eye. Thank you for being so dedicated to your patients that they become your friends! re. I come to his practice once a year to get an eye exam and always leave with the utmost respect for his dedication, knowledge and respect for his patients. His staff is very helpful and patient and Julie, his wife and office manager, is the crowning jewel to this practice being helpful, friendly and respectful.

always a LONG wait ..very nice person however his business hours are terrible only 3 days per week when you have a waiting room filled with patients it is telling you add on more hours! when I got there for my appointment 5 people in waiting room some in exam room told the wait was 45 minutes or more I told the receptionist I will come back no schedule of the hours was any good for me I told the gal that I will try someone else she told me good luck no people skills so I now have a new MD!
