Dr. Ogburn is extremely knowledgeable of orthopedics. And, if you have to have surgery, Dr. Ogburn is the one to do it. My recovery was fast with minimal pain. I highly recommend Dr. Ogburn.

Entering this review on behalf of my 80 year old aunt. After 8 months of constant pain from emergency surgery performed by another orthopedic for a broken femur, she went to Dr. Ogburn for a second opinion. After x-rays, he confirmed, as we all suspected, that the screw was entirely too large and needed to be replaced. He performed the outpatient surgery, and my aunt has finally been without that constant pain. He is a wonderful doctor and extremely compassionate.

He performed a complicated hip break surgery on me and did an excellent job repairing it! He is very nice and caring.

Dr. Ogburn did a excellent job on my hand. He was really great at removing the pins. I was scared it would hurt but he was right it wasn’t bad at all. Would refer him to anyone with hand issues and would definitely use him again if needed.

Dr. Ogburn is an excellent doctor! I came into the ER with a traumatic injury to my left leg and left arm. He performed extensive surgery on my left leg which required an implanted support brace on my lower leg and I had a cast placed on my left arm. He is not one of those doctors who run in and out of the room in a haste. Rather he described in detail the process so I’d know what to expect and he compassionately listens to each of my concerns. I am still under Dr. Ogburn’s care. Not only is he professional and has a good sense of humor, but the quality of his work speaks for itself. I highly recommend Dr. Charles L. Ogburn to anyone who is searching for an outstanding orthopedic doctor. I am truly grateful for his quality of work.

Dr Ogburn took me on as a trauma patient after my knee surgery with Dr Mahoney and the tendon shredded in my knee and I fell and broke my ankle in both places. One side of the ankle had healed however after two months the outside of the ankle is infected and will not heal. Dr Ogburn has been very good about trying things and worked extremely well with my home health care. Yesterday he told me that the ankle needs to have the hard well removed the bone has knitted well but the infection is still on the skin and probably on the hardware. Dr Ogburn has me scheduled for surgery four days after I saw him. He is an excellent surgeon speaks very clearly and explains things very well. I highly recommend him.

Dr Ogburn performed my surgery on a broken distal humerus arm injury sustained from a fall. I did not know what to expect from my recovery following surgery. I’m very pleased with how fast the healing process has taken and my prognosis is good. Dr Ogburn checked off all the boxes that a physician should in patient care. I definitely would recommend his services to anyone.
