I have been seeing Dr Katz for a number of years now, and I have always felt that he is generous with his time and responds to all questions sincerely, and provides ideas and interventions that can help me with having both osteo and rheumatoid arthritis. He’s excellent!. I would like to mention that doing the online paperwork for a “new patient” which I was requested to do when I have already been a patient (yet there had been a year and a half lapse from seeing him) was a true pain.When I called the office about the trouble I was having online, I discovered that you had all of my surgeries, all of my medication’s, and the bulk of the information needed other than why I had set up this appointment. To my consternation after four attempts to try to keep the current page from going back to the beginning and starting all over again because of God knows why, I called the office and discovered you all had most of that information to begin with. So I had printed off the form and filled out the top part, as I was told that I could bring in my already typed information about the surgeries and medication, which I appreciated, however I then had to sit and fill out all the other information on the hardcopy before I could be seen. That’s just inefficient not to mention inconsiderate. I know it’s convenient for the office to just have everyone fill out all of that info once a year or so, but please keep in mind the patient’s time is just as precious as yours. Thank you

Excellent service from check in to check out. Couldn’t have asked for a better specialist to assist with procedure. Had a pain in my right ring finger and I tried everything to help ease pain, was told needed X-ray and choose Dr Katz’ office. Glad I did, performed x ray on site and was told I have arthritis. Explained what could be done and for now I received cortisone shot with follow up for next action. I Highly recommend.
