David Lockman's Online Review Report Card

The office staff and Dr Lockman are great!! The phone service is HORRIBLE - when you call you are put on hold forever - no one ever answers, or when they do, they send you to an extension where you are either on hold again or you are cut off- I was trying to cancel an appointment because of an emergency and was unable to because of the phone system. - I ended up having to drive 30 minutes to talk to them in person -you get charged for appointments that you miss - please please please fix this - it’s unfair to the staff and to the patients- the nurse told me that there had been nUMEROUS complaints

I hate to leave bad reviews but I saw the PA Audrey Jeon (I hope I spelled that correctly). She did not address one of my concerns and was talking so darn fast she literally zipped in and zipped out and gave me a cream that doesn’t help my condition! To make matters worse I have left countless voicemails to get a prescription for aforementioned concern and recently to let the office know what she prescribed is not effective! This is beyond frustrating and unprofessional. My insurance paid for a provider to fast talk me and all but shoo me out of the office. I did express all of my concerns to her and I’m unsure why she skipped over one and then gave me a medication that doesn’t help.

They let a little assistant who is not qualified cut a hole in my arm . They scared the hell out of my arm and just told me on my second visit you heal ugly. Oh and lab came back nothing it was just a brown spot on my arm now it's a hole thanks to this physicians office.

Dr Lockman and his team are extremely bright, compassionate and patient centered. If you come here you will be in good hands. Highly recommend

I'm really glad I decided to start coming here (about 1 mth ago) for my ongoing struggle with skin issues. Since switching from Chastain office to Lockman, I'm already seeing an improvement in my skin- Wow! Dr. Audrey is so caring & committed to helping people. I'm very relieved : )

My daughter saw the PA, Audrey, yesterday. We were so pleased with Emma, and the ladies at the front desk, and with Audrey. They were so kind, understanding and helpful. Outstanding patient care!

At routine skin check NP said I needed four suspicious mole removals w biopsy. I was not advised that I would be billed for four surgical procedures. After insurance, I owed hundreds of dollars. Maybe upcoding, maybe not. But inform the patient of financial liabilities before performing expensive surgeries.

I emailed them asking if they could remove a red spot on my face and they said they could. I knew it would need to be done with a laser. They told me that it was $150 without insurance. So I show up and they literally look at my face and say, "Oh that needs to be done with a laser and we don't have that here, you need to go see Joy Chastain" and they charged me $99 for them to literally tell me that they couldn't help me even though in the email they said they could. I live paycheck to paycheck and this was a splurge I've been saving up for for a couple of months now so I literally wasted $100. I'm heartbroken.

After skin cancer screening I realized DID NOT LOOK AT MY FACE! Even though I had something pre-cancerous removed from my nose at a prior visit. When I walked out I realized no one ever asked me to remove my mask! previous services were good, really like Dr. Lockman - but billing always an issue so I paid bills that were not correct. Refuse to bill for preventative, do not go here for a screening covered by insurance, it will not be!

Great staff. Mikaela, Lacey, Sebastian and Dr. Lockman all treated me with the utmost care. Recommend!!
