List of Jeff Williams's Reviews
Absolutely the most attentive, thorough and professional staff I have ever been to in the medical field. I've had two routine colonoscopies and an endoscopy at this facility over the past 6-7 years, plus in between visits. For a facility to have so many people who work together like they love their jobs (and clearly their employer) is a rare things to see in healthcare! The main office is great, but I have had more interaction with the endoscopy center. I will never have these procedures in the hospitals again as long as this place is here. Professional, ultra modern, friendly....If you have to have a colonoscopy or deal with GI issues, bring yourself to Dr. Williams and his staff. I truly am so impressed with them.
This medical office is the best in customer friendly service from when you check in to insurance to the nurses and Doctor. My daughter, husband and now myself have gone to Dr Williams. Thank you for caring for us!
I recently had a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Williams and I feel comfortable recommending him, his facility and staff to anyone needing a gastro doctor. Although my interaction with him was limited, when the whole process works well, it speaks for the doctor. The experience was Professional, comfortable, streamlined - as pleasant as a colonoscopy can be. My only suggestion is for the staff/doctor to introduce themselves to the responsible family member and/or to have a visible ID (if they had an interaction with the person). As the patient, everyone introduced themselves and their role to me but when I wasn’t awake he had to guess who was who. The CRNA introduced herself and had a clear ID. The doctor may have had his ID on his scrubs.
I recently had a colonoscopy by Dr. Williams and the whole process went very smoothly. The check in was quick, I might’ve waited 10 minutes to be called back for the procedure. Everyone I interacted with introduced themselves and explained their role. The environment was comfortable and I was encouraged to ask questions if I had any. It was as pleasant as a colonoscopy could be. I even received a book recommendation (nothing to do with gastro) from a quick conversation with the CRNA. I’ll be back when the time comes.
Dr. Williams and his staff didn't an excellent job taking care of me this morning. My appointment was at 8 am and was out and on my way home in a hour.
This doc and his staff are excellent.
The best staff kind caring and professional. The best practice I've ever been
Dr. Williams is an exceptional doctor. His concern about his patients goes above and beyond with his expertise and knowledge of my medical concerns. He is the best around! His staff is exceptional as well. I had to have a colonoscopy and I could not have asked for a better team to work with me. They are all absolutely kind, knowledgeable and have a very positive and cheerful attitude. I highly recommend Dr Jeffrey Williams!!!
The good thing re Dr. Jeff Williams' gastro px: patient survey sent automatically. That's about it. Why? 1) parking lot strewn with tiny vodka bottles & cigarette butts 2) one pen holder, nowhere for used 3) rude receptionist 3) full waiting rm, few masks 5) cattle in corral 6) long wait-time-asst. said an NP had fam emergency 7) assembly-line px with no back-up plan: locum tenens, part-time staff for emergencies. Why? cuts profit margin 8) too many appts in 30-min window, but ups profit margin 9) reception should open by 8:30 10) an MD who doesn't respect patients’ time, values his time more than that of those PAYING for his time, pts he has professional duty to care for, MD who is profit-driven vs compassionate, MD whose px consists of intimate invasive procedures, should have no place of respect in medical or community of people he is ostensibly in practice to serve 11) In short, Dr. Jeff Williams, MD > pass 12) Tiny vodka bottles & cigarette butts...at least someone is having fun.
I would give this crackpot zero stars if I could! He was my mother’s doctor. She was 77 about to be 78. Like most people that age she put her total faith and trust into Dr Williams. She did everything he told her to do. She was religious about following doctor’s orders. Scheduled colonoscopy when told to, regular check ups, etc. She trusted Dr. Williams completely. He diagnosed her with colitis for 3 to 4 years. She died unexpectedly with a cancerous tumor that had grown large enough to rupture her colon sending her in to septic shock from which she did not recover. She trusted this man and he completely let her and our entire family down. We lost our mom our grandmother and our great grandmother to Dr Williams incompetence, How do you not notice a tumor that size in a patient who keeps returning over and over for help with issues related to colon problems. Clearly a case of malpractice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
