The Athens, GA office/clinic is convenient, nicely appointed and efficient with check-in. Dr. Alexander was very gracious and listened to all of my concerns.I also visited the pharmacy while there and although I had to wait a few minutes, they were very apologetic.

I always get great service. The doctor listens to me snd gives me the time I need. They are very organized also which gets me in and out fairly quickly. I highly recommend Kaiser Permanente.

All three of my children have been seeing Dr Addington at this location for the past couple years. I couldnt ask for a better pediatrician The entire team never fail to amaze me. The whole team from front desk to everyone in the back are the best. Always friendly always thorough and very professional.

Crystal at front desk at Athens GA location is the best. Even when I am sick she makes me laugh and laughter is the best medicine Dr. Alexander is great and her Nurse Janet is too

The care team my family and I use at this location are fantastic. The receptionist, Crystal, always recognizes me and my family with a warm smile and greeting—even if I’m going into the pharmacy, she waves and says Hello. Dr Alexander is my family’s primary care doctor. She is thoughtful, friendly, and respectful of health (and personal issues that affect health). She keeps abreast of so many issues. As an example, she was extremely familiar with a new rheumatoid arthritis test and got the test for me quickly—fortunate for me as getting treatment early inhibits disease progression. She prioritizes patient messages-even when she’s out of the office. Her nurse, Janet, is great, also. She is always cheerful and helpful, going above and beyond to help. The 2 lab technicians are really talented also (I’ve had to have a lot of blood work and these 2 techs are so good.). We originally chose Kaiser Athens because it is close to our home in Winder. We stay because the entire team is the best!!! Thank you, Kaiser Athens Team! You are appreciated.
