List of Landmark Hospital Pc's Reviews
That is all the admin and owner cares about. I bet it really hurt when the CEO caused them to lose 1.3 million due to poor care that resulted in a terrible bed sore.
there were a few nurses that was nice and attentive. Other than that they were mean to me. No bedside manners. My bandage on my stage 4 bed sore was not changed everyday but sent home and was told I needed to have it cleaned twice a day. No patience with me. I had come off the vent and trach after 30 days. I was scared I couldn't see my family and had not seen them in over a month. I hate i had such a bad experience cause my family really trusted this place for my care.
First and foremost the Chief Medical Officer Anthony Sagel is not Board Certified. Next, now thanks to Governor Kemp's recent Covid-19 executive order the administration at Landmark Hospital feel as though they are invincible and don't have to answer for any of their wrongs. The patients are locked up in the facility without any family members able to visit. The patients have no one to advocate for them and no one outside of the hospital knows what type of care or treatment these people are receiving.
Worse medical facility yet. They contributed to the death of my loved one. The nurses lack not only the skills to help the patient but also the knowledge and empathy. The old nurse who is supposed to be a nurse manager on days needs to be terminated for all she does is gossip about the patients and the families in the hallways with the Medical Director. There are certain procedures only an RN can complete yet they employ LPN's. The nurses are lazy and incompetent and I had to give all the care myself or my loved one would go without. They totally disregarded physicians orders on all levels. No patient aides most of the time and the nurses all talk about the management team and how horrible they are. Social services were of no help along with the attending physician. Wound care was a joke and those nurses should be terminated also for they know nothing when it comes to the healing of the wounds and they do not even attend to the patient. Respiratory is also just as bad for they are heartless. The Director of Nursing does not know up from down and her staff talk about her excessive drinking and that she is useless. I could go on and on. All of the staff should be suspended and their license revoked. Please do not admit your loved one to this facility. The Corporate Compliance Officer refused to meet with me to discuss these concerns. Instead, she hid behind emails which I am glad to share with anyone. I am so glad the CEO was finally fired just took losing a life to do. It also amazes me the Corporate compliance refused to meet with me and I can show you the emails from her and also how Doctor William K. Kapp III, the Founder, Chairman/CEO refused to discuss this matter. Landmark needs to be shut down for good. Please the owners response is totally untrue. I did return a call to the the regional operations and he totally blew me off. I also have in emails the responses from their corporation in which they refused to meet and discuss the issues with me. Glad to share these emails anytime with anyone.
Landmark has terrible nurse to patient ratios, the head doctor Dr. Sagel isn’t even board certified and if your family has a head injury or problem with their gut just remember they don’t have GI or neuro doctor. The place doesn’t even have a doctor on site all day or night.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
