I selected Piedmont as my new provider because my previous provider was closing their practice. I requested my medical records be sent to Piedmont from my old provider before they closed which they failed to do. Since they weren’t received, Piedmont canceled my appointment and won’t treat me. Now I can’t get my records from the old provider and can’t be treated for my condition. I’ll run out of my medication soon. I guess we’ll see what becomes of me. Thanks Piedmont for “doing no harm”.

Both the on site resident and Dr. Mushref were very knowledgeable and helpful. They addressed all of my and my referring physician’s concerns, and explained next steps thoroughly.
