Dr. Mahoney is an excellent physician and surgeon he takes every precaution on behalf of his patients and explains all aspects of surgery and what to expect. His staff is great as well all professional and caring.

I always feel very secure at Athens orthopedic clinic with all the doctors there but most especially with Dr. Mahoney. He is so knowledgeable in his field. He is professional and kind and so willing to listen to his patients.He is held in very high regard by other doctors in our area. I am so glad he’s my doctor

The drs nurse called me back from waiting area and then told me to sit and someone would get me for an Xraythe staff here was also very unpersonable.I felt like a number.I Asked the nurse if there were any cups for water she said “I’ll have to look for them” and later brought me a cup of water. It’s July in ga. People are thirsty.again I felt like a bother.Dr came in to my room he was short and to the point again made me feel like I was a bother basically said” do surgery or don’t it really doesn’t matter.” Your condition can’t really get worse. I was not expecting to hear what he was telling me so I was a bit shocked. He said total hip replacement.period. Not friendly it was as if I had done something and the dr and staff were upset with me.?
