Hurt my Achilles heel at work and was sent here. Most of the staff at the front desk in really nice but there are a couple that I have seen be rude. But overall for me they have been very helpful. The nurse is very nice. The doctor is also very gentle and very kind!

The therapists are good but that's the only positive thing about my experuence with Piedmont Occupational and Physical Therapy. Both my children were seen for PT/OT and it's a logistical nightmare. Try to get someone on the phone. Try to pay a bill (after the shock of the amount of charges sinks in). I'm at the office several times a week. Can I talk to someone at the front desk about a bill? No. Can I make a payment to the people in the office? No. That would make it too easy to settle a bill at the place I'm receiving services.I've been very frustrated with my experience. Everything is difficult. They make you do the running around and jumping through hoops. I have to go to or call my pediatrician for what they ask for and then the pediatrician needs clarification because they don't know what Piedmont is asking for and then I cannot access Piedmont to answer the question, which should not have been a question to begin with. When I do finally get Piedmont on the phone, I get ping ponged around in their phone system only to be disconnected.When you're dealing with so many appointments, referrals and prescriptions for multiple kids, or even one, you would think that they could make it easier on you. For the price, I'd expect it. Outrageous. Frustrating.

Its been almost two weeks and still have sent MRI order to workers comp for my shoulder i like the doctor and nursing staff but office people are very rude just ridiculous

Literally I pray that no one has to experience how rude the lady at the front desk is in this place. I wonder how people like this get to work with the general public. I am scared to go to the front desk for fear of having to look into her cold dark eyes. She seems originally from 1700’s Salem Massachusetts but i could be wrong
