Have no grace period even If you’re 5-10 min late , not knowing anyone’s situation. Don’t recommend this clinic to anyone. Other places let you bring your partner in and they don’t. Didn’t expect to be treated like a joke through my pregnancy.

I was shocked at the lack of care in such a delicate part of the medical field. The staff are rude, and that's putting it nicely. They complain about urgent phone calls made in times of heart wrenching terror and they could care less. They are in no rush to get you in when it deems as medically necessary. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone for any type of care. No one should have to endure the lack of care that a medical facility should provide, that they do not. I would give them -10 stars if it were an option.

We were told by a nurse that we called more than any patient they have ever had and that we were welcome to find care elsewhere. We called because we were told to (but often did not receive call backs), and because we were going through one of the scariest things a couple can go through and needed help. That is only ONE reason that I would not recommend using this practice. Go somewhere you will feel cared for, particularly in delicate matters.

My doctor is great and the ladies at the front are great. Management and the way appointment times are communicated definitely needs work.

I thought by choosing to deliver with midwives that my desire for an unmedicated birth would be supported. One of the questions I asked very early on was how they handled going past your due date. I was told they start monitoring at 41 weeks and recommend induction by 42 weeks. Given my family history of going past due dates, this seemed ideal to me. At my 39w6d week appointment, out of the blue, midwife Paula tells me I have to be induced simply because I am 35. She said they must have overlooked my age (I had turned 35 during the last 3 months of my pregnancy) and that I risked stillbirth by going past my due date. She said "I didn’t need to be a hero by doing it naturally". At that appointment I agreed to let her do a cervical check and she did not wash her hands, used non-sterile gloves and then offered to sweep my membranes once she already had her hand inside of me. I very clearly said no but the exam was very painful, I had spotting after, and I feel strongly that she swept my membranes without my consent. That is something that should be discussed prior to doing a cervical check, not during the exam!From there I declined induction but agreed to have monitoring done to make sure everything was ok. At 40 weeks + 2 days they discovered that my AFI was low, even though my baby and I were otherwise perfectly healthy. I continued to resist induction because the latest research shows that using AFI late in pregnancy overdiagnoses oligohydraminos and causes unnecessary intervention. The Single Deepest Pocket method is considered to be much more accurate and, in that case, my fluid was completely normal. Any physician or midwife that is practicing evidence based care will be aware of this but unfortunately they are not.I spent the last week of my pregnancy having to advocate for myself as they continued to inflict doubt in my body. One of them even called me at home as I was eating dinner to tell me how I was putting my baby in danger. By the time I went in labor on my own I was so scared and emotionally exhausted that I ended up getting an epidural. They knew this was not in my plan but gave it to me without question. They also ruptured my membranes when my birth plan clearly said not to.Even though the baby and I continued to be stable and healthy throughout the labor, they recommended a cesarean because he was posterior and I had surpassed the 3-hour pushing limit. ACOG updated the pushing limit in 2014 to 4hrs for first time mothers with an epidural which unfortunately I wasn’t aware of at the time. After advocating for myself prior to labor I was too exhausted and scared to question their recommendation.The surgery was a horrible experience. The doctor had to aggressively pull him from my pelvis because he was so low in the birth canal. After he was out I felt everything as they closed me back up. No one came to check on me after or talk about how things went. At the follow up appointment, one of the midwives said, "posterior babies just take longer", as if to confirm that a cesarean could have been avoided with a more patient and trusting provider.What should have been a wonderful experience was traumatizing and completely unwarranted. There were several midwives at this practice that I really liked but there are so many and you cannot control which one you get. I have never been more vulnerable than I was when I was in labor and now I know how important it is to choose a provider that will support you and trust the process. Because of that I will not be returning to this practice for future pregnancies.

Nurses & midwives are GREAT!! Everybody have GREAT attitudes. Super friendly women. Love it there!!

The midwife that delivered my son saved his life. He wasn’t breathing for a few minutes after he was born. The cord was wrapped around his neck 2 times. I didn’t know until I looked at the papers. He wasn’t breathing because he swallowed meconium. They successfully got him breathing super fast. My son is almost 3 now and is perfectly healthy! I will be going for my second baby as well!

Love the midwives and staff, but the waiting time is awful.

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor and all the nurses that I seen today was nothing but professional , caring, sweet, and absolutely amazing today ! I can’t thank them enough !

PLEASE, please, be careful. I was supposed to have a VBAC and it ended with me having a C-SEC and feeling everything. They knew this, but didn’t care. It was a non-emergency C-SEC. No one, not one single person aside from the nurses, came to check on me after my baby was out. I’m not the only one with a story like this from them, just please be careful. I will never, ever, go back.
