I saw Dr. Michael Gelsomino he explained the options at my disposal he recommended a non addictive muscle relaxer and physical therapy yet to start therapy he was very patient with all the questions that I had and didn't seem to be in a rush like some Dr's are he was also receptive about me having had addiction issues in my past I was very impressed with the service I received

I was referred to a Neurosurgeon for my neck pain and headaches so I made an appt at this place and we drove 40 miles from my home to get here and when I showed up for my appt. they refused to see me or treat me because I had a lingering intermittent dry cough. They even called me the day before to confirm my appt. and I told them I would be there. It didn't matter to them that I had severe neck pain and headaches and needed treatment nor did it matter that I spent money on gas and set aside time going to their office. A doctor is suppose to treat you if you are in pain and not turn you away. They are heartless and careless. I do not recommend wasting your time making an appt. here when there are other places that actually care about your health and well being.
