I've been waiting in my car for 45 minutes now. If they are not going to honor appointment times they should not set them. Horrible service. Good thing I'm not really sick sitting out in this cold damp weather, oh wait that's why I'm here

Nursing staff is always nice and helpful. However, Dr’s are hit and miss. We’ve had awesome and awful experiences here. Lately it seems as if every visit leads to Covid tests.

I went as a walk in with my 3yr old granddaughter, and our experience was fine. The staff and Dr that we saw were very nice and we were in and out faster than I anticipated.

I have not even been seen, but I just would not come back. I get being patient with waiting times, but I got here at 9 am, and it’s 12:15. I have not been seen, and no one will tell me how much longer I have to wait or what part of the line I am at. It is ridiculous to have to wait this long, and if I hadn’t already had to pay I would have left.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went here with my daughter and the wait time took over an hour, not to mention I heard the women at the front desk telling everyone who came in for a covid test, would be charged over $200.00 in order to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous when you can go to cvs and get a covid test for free.. this place doesn’t care about the patients at all and needs to be shut down.. I’ll advise anyone NOT to come here.. Covid is KILLING people at an alarming rate, and they want you to pay a crazy amount, when in reality, you don’t even know for sure if you have it or not..

This place is pathetic, I haven’t been here in a while but my friend was having Covid symptoms and went there today to get a Covid test and was told that a Covid test would cost her $236.00 !!!!!! I’ve taken 2 Covid test at the drug store drive through for free!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves, Covid is killing all these people but apparently the money hungry people that are supposed to be helping us to not get covid or helping us stay alive if we do get it,could care less about us if we don’t have any money!! SMH. Why call a place an urgent care facility , if they wont see you when you’re sick and could possibly have the most deadly virus known to man!!!

Been waiting over an hour and a half past my appointment time. I just want to get a test and speak to a doctor, if you are going to set patient appointments stick to them, I am very sick and this is very much not urgent care
