Friendly staff. Great experience.

I received Botox from Dr. Reddy and by day 7, my eyebrows were drooping over my lids and making contact with my eyelashes. I made a follow up appointment so I could show him in-person and request a refund. He said he did nothing wrong and stated these results happen 10% of the time. If that were true, no one would get Botox... I also have experience in receiving Botox and have never had a result even close to this. Before scheduling, note the ratings for this facility are almost solely for services rendered by the esthetician, and the ratings for Botox are 1 star. Additionally, Dr. Reddy is not a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon, which is something I did not realize until this very poor result.UPDATE: Poor placement is the primary cause of a result such as mine. I asked for a refund, but I was offered additional Botox. Clearly, I did not want Dr. Reddy to inject additional product after my experience with him. They refused to give me a refund, as per their right. But, if they had, I would not have written this review. I do not write poor reviews about companies that apologize and take ownership of a poor outcome. Dr. Reddy does not have 30 years of experience. Combining multiple providers to make him sound better qualified is not helpful. I am unsure what the purpose was of the comment on NPs/PAs.. I would prefer an experienced DERMATOLOGY or PLASTIC SURGERY midlevel inject my face versus an inexperienced GENERAL MEDICINE doctor. The idea that a doctor is more qualified at performing everything in medicine than other medical providers (RNs, etc.) is quite silly.. To make my point. When was the last time a doctor drew you blood?

Had an appt at 10 arrived at 9:30 signed in and sat in the lobby. Receptionist at 10am called me up to inform e the technician was not in and one was in a fascial and could not be disturbed. She said I am not sure if she can get to you, but feel free to wait and we will find out. She said they didn’t have my number although it was provided to be able to give me a call. Think I will do business somewhere else... very disappointed!!!

I love Yuva! I just saw Dr. Malina for an eyebrow lift and lip flip, and had better results from the lip flip she did (only using 4 units) than I did at home where they used 10! Extremely happy and satisfied

Lack of detail in appt making. Customer Service seemingly not a priority. Condescending and unprofessional attitude I used to love love love this facility.. rethinking my future relationship there

I absolutely love this place. The staff is top notch.

I had tried laser hair removal at another location in Athens prior to finding Yuva and never saw the results i was looking for. Although I didn’t know this before, I had tried IPL which does not have great results on tanner skin or in general compared to the cynosure laser. My results from yuva were INCREDIBLE. I would recommend the laser hair removal to anyone and am so happy with my results. My only regret is not finding Yuva earlier or I would have done many more areas before graduating! The spa is extremely professional, all the staff is so welcoming and nice and I am thrilled with my results.

After first treatment good staff good but later I saw a lot of burn in my skin pink nasty then the next day I was told I could shave the area great and put on make-up later that night bumps started coming and coming lots of whiteheads bumps now my face is full of them and several 2nd degree burns on my face looking for lawyer this is not right at all if I could leave pictures I would my face is horrible 😟😟and it takes 60 days to get a REFUND

I love this place! Everyone is always super friendly & professional. Laura & Jessica are amazing and help me get exactly what I am wanting.I spent so much time & money at a different facility trying to remove my tattoo before I decided to try out Yuva. Jessica was able to remove it with only a couple of treatments! Highly recommend paying them a visit.

Had a laser treatment for tattoo removal last week. Jessica was wonderful. The facility is very nice and the staff is professional and caring .
