I will NEVER go here again. As Self pay made clear I'd been fighting a UTI for 2 months, the NP with labs done there in hand prescribed me something THEY had available for $20. It did nothing for my UTI and then I'm told today I have to come in again? Pay $99 AGAIN! I told them the first time, specifically that I needed a Strong Antibiotic and they prescribe something subpar which did nothing. Probably something they need to offload to the Public. Doctors like this give Medicine a Bad name. What a racket to force patients back a second time.
Came in after a recent trip w/ food poisoning. The nurse was super nice!! I accidentally threw up all over the men’s bathroom. She was so understanding. I was asking for something to clean it up (doubled over in pain) she had me sit down, had the doctor see me (very quick and nice too) After the nurse gave me some medicine, she started my IV and then cleaned up the bathroom herself. In no time I felt like a new person. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Had to check my visit paperwork to confirm their names, but thank you to Ashley and Whitleigh
The customer service
Extremely slow, completely tele-med, unorganized. Just stay home and do your own virtual appointment.
I wish I could give lower than a 1 star but unfortunately I can’t. I went to this location today to try to get treatment for an injured knee. I walked in the door & the receptionist was friendly & asked “How can I help you”? I began to tell her I needed to see someone about my knee. She quickly said “Oh I’m Sorry we are only doing Telehealth visits at this location. SERIOUSLY??? Why would you ask me how you could help me if you know there is nothing you can do for me??? Nothing on the website to reflect this & NO Sign on the door reflecting this. In fact the sign that was on the door started All Patients must wear a Mask!!! I left very upset & can guarantee if this is the way this Urgent Care is ran I will NEVER walk through any of their doors again!!! Very Poor Business practice to not notify patients on your website or a sign on the Door!!!
The office did not seem prepared for patients. There was a long wait in the waiting room, even though I was the only patient (to my knowledge). The medical assistant that helped me, while friendly, was still being trained while I was sitting in the waiting room. She seemed unsure of many basic procedures, and the technology that the center used was slow and not always working properly.
Your hours aren't on your website and door. Says you open at 10am on Sundays but lights are off and no one it's there. Update your hours so people who need "URGENT Care" can get it urgently and not waste time driving to a closed clinic!
The staff are friendly and helpful. They were slammed this week because the flu hit Athens hard. One nurse even stayed an extra hour just to make sure everyone got seen. Clean, professional, fast.
The staff was very courteous and friendly. I will definitely visit them again.
Fast, friendly, and GREAT bedside manner. All of Reddy's offices are like this, I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help fast.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
