I would expect better from an urgent care. Walked in at 7:30 - empty waiting room I mean empty - not one person. Likely fractured ankle walked in without crutches to try to get looked at. Some older blonde nurse decided that she wanted to go home early, I guess she said she wouldn’t take any patients but that I could go to the emergency room instead. 30 minutes prior to close. I mean seriously do the right thing it isn’t hard. I rarely take the time to review anything but this place needs a staff change with that nurse.

I was prescribed 2 antibiotics, as well as a round of muscle relaxers on Friday afternoon, and when I called to change which pharmacy I went to the next day, the clerk gave me a very hard time, kept me on hold and I had to call the royston office just to get a response. So I get to my pharmacy, and they only sent one antibiotic, and it's not even what I was prescribed!!!. I have my prescription sheet for 3 meds and even the pharmacy manager is being sent to voicemail about getting them. Talk about petty.Update, it is now end of business on Saturday and I have been sent to a black hole voicemail over a dozen times. The second I mention my meds they cut me off and transfer to a number that is never answered. WHY SHOULD I EVEN GO TO A DOCTOR IF I CANT GET WHAT IM PRESCRIBED DUE TO TERRIBLE STAFF

I’d never go back here or suggest it. I waited for 2 hours. When I asked how many more people were ahead of me the woman at the front desk was unbelievably rude asking me “so what do you want” when I approached the desk. I understand a long wait time and can deal with that, I don’t understand treating patients like they’re a hassle.

Working in the healthcare field, I understand how difficult it can be so I try to have grace. However, after waiting hours (which was fine I NEEDED to be seen regardless), I see a PA who really never told me what was going on other than “you look like you’ve seen better days,” because I was just THAT sick. Negative for flu & Covid. After spending $100, I was sent home with only a script for Claritin, Flonase & some mouthwash (all of which I have at home and have already taken) that didn’t help my symptoms what so ever. I called back two days later and was told I needed another appointment when really all I needed was antibiotics to begin with. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff is very friendly. That is all.

Entire staff was top notch…highly skilled, efficient, comprehensive, reassuring, caring and very personable.

Joke of a place. Unless you need a good laugh, stay away.

No a single person in the waiting room at 3:50 today . I walked with with a hand wound , urgent care after all RIGHT? I was asked if I had an appointment and said no . Um no appointments needed according to the huge standing sign in the waiting room !! The receptionist says , “ I stopped taking walk in hours ago .” REALLY ??? Urgent care now means you need to make an appointment before you think you’re gonna need it just so someone will see you ???No wonder this place gets 3 stars normally . Only reason I tried there cuz we know the lady that owns it . BIG , HUGE MISTAKE !!!!!! Don’t trust them with a headache if they don’t care about patients unless it’s on their schedule !!!!!!!!!

made an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours. it’s ridiculous. if you can go anywhere else, do that instead.
