I really want to be able to leave 5 stars bc Nicki was fantastic so sweet and helped calmed my anxious nerves however when it came to Dr. Smith the opposite approach was given. He was abrupt and rough during the entire extraction. Almost broke my glasses he was bearing down so hard on my face. 😞 Final straw was after I made a noise he asked in a very rude and exasperated tone "What?!" So I won't be back unfortunately. Also your really ambushed into getting a procedure done right then and there and no discussion on what's gonna happen. I wish I had a chance to think it over and called other dentist for other pricing. Btw be careful of the good reviews bc as soon as u walk in there a paper tht offers 5% off for google reviews 🙄

He's a decent dentist but not a real nice person. He treats his employees like they are below him and doesn't speak with them in private if there is a problem. He has had a party good turnover rate too which is never good.

Dr. Smith and his staff are fantastic! Did a great job of explaining all of my options and answering my questions and concerns. Truly felt like what I wanted to accomplish mattered when it came to treatment. Very appreciative of Dr. Smith and his team, highly recommend this office.

Great for walk-in and emergency visits

Avoid going there if at all possible. I went for a cleaning and was waiting for 45 minutes to be seen. I left without being seen because I was tired of waiting, and they STILL filed a claim to my insurance for services I did not receive. I have been getting the run around from them as to having them reverse the claim to my insurance company. I have been waiting since the beginning of November (when I found out they fraudulently filed this claim) for them to take any action. My insurance company even called them and they lied to them saying they were reversing the claim and still haven’t done it. My insurance company had to begin an investigation because they wouldn’t reverse the claim. They used to offer great customer service but have since changed. I’m guessing all they care about is numbers. They overbook their hygienists and thus you’re stuck waiting for 40 minutes to be seen.
