Dr Tally did the surgery on my back 8 months ago. My back is 80% better and he and his team did an excellent job! Life was pretty miserable before the surgery, now it's decent!

I received a spinal epidural at the outpatient clinic. The procedure went well and I was informed at every step. The staff was very caring and kind. We will see how well the shot does. I would definitely recommend AOC and Dr Tally.

I saw Dr. Tally to go over results of an MRI his PA had ordered. He came in with a mask flapping freely that was somehow attached to the bridge of his nose and absolutely nowhere else. He gave me the radiologists report but did not interpret it for me. He said I was not a surgical candidate and he didn’t want to see me in his office again. He said to follow up with a doctor for steroid injections if I was still having trouble. He didn’t ask, but I volunteered that I was pain free but was still taking the NSAID that his PA had prescribed. I asked if I should continue it and he refused to answer. I asked him if I should take it again if I had trouble and he refused to answer. Several times over he said, “I won’t answer that question.” He was not helpful, he was rude, and he was very unprofessional.
