Absolute Care Medical Center And Pharmacy's Online Review Report Card

Appalling lack of professionalism. The pharmacist illegally stole (took control of my property/medication) and inserted himself with no authorization or authority. STOLE my medication that I had shipped there for convenience from a specialty ins pharmacy. Refused my access to the $3000 retail dose and I have spent weeks resolving the incompetence of the Pharmacist and clinic He Lied about it when confronted and his arrogance thinking his lies were so clever also caused a critical delay in my care and damaged my health as a direct result. But SuperDUFUS Pharmacist ... clueless to the end.... cared for his ego. Hopefully the board will revoke his license, and the malpractice suit will get some justice.

I have NOTHING good to say about AbsoluteCares inhouse lab staffing! I had been a patient with AbsoluteCare for over 6 years and finally had to LEAVE because of the lack of professionalism within the lab. The straw that broke the camels back happened when I had an 8:30am lab appointment. I arrive, text the lab that I have arrived, and told that someone would call me when ready. After waiting for over an hour, I had to finally leave for another appointment. To this day, NO ONE has yet to call me. If this had been a one time issue, no big deal; unfortunately, this was just one of many similar experiences. BEWARE of the lab at this practice! Customer Service MATTERS!

I had been with AbsoluteCare for over six years and left the practice because of the incompetent inhouse lab personnel.  Their LACK of customer service and professionalism is outrageous.  My last scheduled appointment is what broke the camels back. After trying to get labs completed, without success, my doctors nurse scheduled an 8:30am appointment.  I arrived on time, called to alert them I was in the parking lot (yes, they were observing Covid19 protocol), and was told that someone would contact me when I could come inside.  Well, around 9:45am, after hearing nothing and about to be late for my next appointment, I had to leave.  If youre wondering, NO ONE ever called me.If this had been a onetime occurrence, I would have let it go.  It wasnt and I didnt!  GOOD LUCK if you decide to go to this practice.  CUSTOMER SERVICE matters.

Ive been with AbCare for a number of years, but the staff has been slow to return calls about my refills & Covid shots! I still like that they are local & close for me.

They are a local place in the neighborhood and the staff is very well and they will worked with you to make sure your needs are met. Whenever I need something even if it’s a lastminute situation, I can always count on them.

Dr. Rodrick Stewart and his staff are the absolute best. He listens, and really truly cares. I am so grateful to have found Dr.Stewart I have been looking for a Primary Care Physician who could help me manage a few things I have going on and hes perfect. I highly recommend AbsoluteCare Medical Center AND Dr. Stewart.

Yes, it my first time here. Very nice and welcoming. I don’t feel any pressure or uncomfortable. They had the best visual screen to help me understand my body better. I love it here.
