They’re not up to date on best practices and research for this. They prescribed me an antiinflammatory diet for the shortness of breath and essential oils for my loss of smell but months later when I still had severe shortness of breath and debilitating fatigue they sent me to a therapist who was confused why they sent me. The therapist couldn’t help because my condition is not psychological. I even got lab work done a cytokine panel that showed I had several issues with inflammatory markers and this clinic totally blew me off and doubled down on their recommendation of therapy I didn’t know therapy could help outofwhack cytokines and systemic inflammation triggered by leftover Covid spike proteins? Magical.I don’t blame this doctor specifically. And I don’t want to hurt her feelings or call her out when I think it’s actually a problem with doctors more broadly. I’ve been to over 20 doctors in the last year trying to find relief and it seems that if they don’t know how to fix something they just blame the patient. It’s all in our heads apparently. Except it isn’t and my body is in a constant state of inflammation which the blood work proves not to mention being 34 and unable to walk to my mailbox without shortness of breath and dizziness is not normal. I was running 3 miles 23 times a week before I got a mild case of Covid and now I can’t even walk very far and have to lay several hours a day in bed. And if I don’t rest that long I get dizzy and throw up. Y’all doctors this is a real problem. Stop gaslighting longhauler patients. 😡😡 We don’t expect you to have all the answers but do our mental health a favor and at least acknowledge that we are super sick and you don’t know what’s going on. Telling someone who is super sick that it’s just anxiety and depression is not helpful. And y’all aren’t psychiatrists anyway You base that claim on absolutely nothing other than your own lack of solutions to the problem.The only clinic who has been able to help me and ACTUALLY DOES THE RESEARCH is Dr. Patterson’s clinic which you can find at Covidlonghaulers.com. Check them out on YouTube too. They’re working on the underlying causes of longhaulers and they won’t waste your money or break your sanity sending you to therapists.

Serious scheduling problems at the center. Received a call to reschedule an appointment for a physical the day before the appt the next appointment a week later I received a call the day of the appt to reschedule and they informed me they could not get me on the schedule for another month and a half. Arrived at the 3rd scheduled appointment a month and a half later to be told the PA was scheduled off for the week. I understand with Covid things happen and you have to be flexible but by the 3rd time that was enough. They claimed they thought someone called me the day before but I could clearly hear them just calling the PAS other patients for the day to inform them she would not be in. Not acceptable healthcare service

Very helpful and kind Nurses and employees. They make you feel very comfortable. Taking time to really listen amp that is unusual these days. Dr. Patel is a wonderful Doctor. I highly recommend them

I am still in utter shock at the series of dangerous and unprofessional experiences at this place. Due to litigation that is being prepared details will be brief. Basically the clinic and my specific physician refused to see my for over 13 months knowing that my chronic condition could not safely be stopped ... ever really... He obliterated any standard of care in my case and worried more about his convenience. While every other healthcare professional waged the COVID war Dr. Melton took a year off and literally refused to allow any appoint for over 13months claiming an intramuscular injection shot was a procedure too dangerous during the pandemic. Not being a specialist in medicine I didnt realize my declining health was directly caused by the sudden cessation of treatment. Dr. Melton never offered any alternative warn me and I suspect has no clue himself. After Finally allowed an appointment multiple new never problematicbefore labs and symptoms were detected. You think he spent a second to THINK and realize what he had done nope Rather whipped out his Rx pad and added multiple dx for each new abnormal lab or sx. and started lining up therapies. I may not be big shot specialist doctor but seem really odd to randomly get so many new noncontagious problems in 13months. So I directly asked.. are you sure these arent related to the known condition. He said absolutely not never had research showing that. WRONG. not only Dr. Google but the Mayo John Hopkins and 100s of studies ... so not only is there a relation but EVERY issue I was experiencing was listed as well known problem all triggered by prolonged negligible levels. Having been getting the same treatment for YEARS it inexcusable and just pure apathetic neglect. I called for 2 weeks to speak to the Medical Director Office Admin etc. NEVER got a call. That is until I asked for a complete set of my records and let them know i would be filing suit. Then then my phone blew up...... Appalling lack of professionalism. The pharmacist illegally stole took control of my propertymedication and inserted himself with no authorization or authority. STOLE my medication that I had shipped there for convenience from a specialty ins pharmacy. Refused my access to the $3000 retail dose and I have spent weeks resolving the incompetence of the Pharmacist and clinic He Lied about it when confronted and his arrogance thinking his lies were so clever also caused a critical delay in my care and damaged my health as a direct result. But SuperDUFUS Pharmacist ... clueless to the end.... cared for his ego. Hopefully the board will revoke his license and the malpractice suit will get some justice.

I had been with AbsoluteCare for over six years and left the practice because of the incompetent inhouse lab personnel.  Their LACK of customer service and professionalism is outrageous.  My last scheduled appointment is what broke the camels back. After trying to get labs completed without success my doctors nurse scheduled an 830am appointment.  I arrived on time called to alert them I was in the parking lot yes they were observing Covid19 protocol and was told that someone would contact me when I could come inside.  Well around 945am after hearing nothing and about to be late for my next appointment I had to leave.  If youre wondering NO ONE ever called me.If this had been a onetime occurrence I would have let it go.  It wasnt and I didnt  GOOD LUCK if you decide to go to this practice.  CUSTOMER SERVICE matters.
