It is my pleasure to give Dr. Ali Ahmed and his staff a glowing review. Being diagnosed with a chronic, condition is devastating. It adds stress and can bring on feelings of depression. Needless to say, it is a difficult thing to have to deal with. However, Dr. Ali Ahmed and his staff made the situation more bearable. They are kind, compassionate, and genuinely care for their patients. I often felt as if I was their only patient, with the level of care that I was given. Dr. Ali Ahmed, paid close attention to my unique situation, as he called it and made sure that I was fully informed! I had no issues scheduling appointments and receiving feedback if I had questions. This made things very convenient and most welcoming! I do not wish anyone to be ill, but I do wish that everyone could receive the type of healthcare provided by this wonderful doctor and his staff! Dr Ali was my radiation oncologist after a skin cancer surgery on my face. He made me feel at ease and provided regular examinations of my face during and after the 30 radiation treatments. Dr Ali and his staff answered any questions I had and their personalties and professional demeanor eliminated all my anxieties. My face is now healed with no evidence of the radiation. My observations and conversations with other patients in the waiting area before treatment was that they all felt the same trust and confidence that I felt in Dr Ali and his staff. I would recommend without hesitation Dr Ali to anyone facing cancer treatment

Misleading doctor who flat out lies. Dr. Ali is very confident about his "treatment". He does not explain all side effects and balks at the side effects you may have, citing them all tolerable, though many permanent. Will not address concerns before during or after, and major ones are denied or said to have low instances, though are textbook, I learned later. My body is ruined. He said I should be grateful to have my cancer gone.

Bedside manner is lacking. Concern for side effects, early or late is not there. Concerns brushed aside. Pain not listened to and denied...in my head. Long term issues denied and lied about. Avoid.

Life Changing! If you have to go toe to toe with cancer using radiation therapy, Dr. Ahmed Ali of Northside Hospital Cancer Institute Radiation Oncology-Midtown is the guy you want in your corner! What makes Dr. Ali a cut above the rest? (1) Dr. Ali keeps up to date on the latest and the greatest cancer fighting treatments and technologies, in order to deliver the best outcome with the fewest treatment side effects. (2) His staff is exemplary - professional, knowledgeable and compassionate! If you want to even your odds in your fight with this terrible disease, it is worth the trip to Midtown to see Dr. Ahmed Ali at Northside Hospital Cancer Institute Radiation Oncology-Midtown.

Dr. Ali is an excellent physician. He was patient, professional, and explained everything. He answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with the treatment and results.

My husband and I loved our visit with Dr. Ali! He was personable, caring and informative. He took time to talk to us about treatments, what comes first and what to expect. His tips helped us save time and money by streamlining tests. Because our urologist practice doesn't have a point person, we were struggling to research the best treatment timeline. And, we were frustrated when we had to schedule a consultation with Dr. Ali that was over an hour drive each way. But, this was our best appointment for prostate cancer treatment, and we left with answers and an understanding of the timeline. I highly recommend him!

If you do not care about helping people with cancer, this is not the career for you. No bedside manner. Clearly doesn't care about his patients. Arrogant and rude. Dishonest. Zero ethics.
