They have the best staff in the world. I highly recommend them! It began with a conversation with Kimberly. She was able to get me an appointment right before Christmas. I was very nervous before my endoscopy and thought i had a life threatening illness. We arrived early for my appointment. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The nurse and staff that registered me were kind and patient. The anesthesiologist was an angel. I was talking to the doctor and the next thing I know,I am waking up from the procedure. Dr. Fixelle did everything with so much care and assured me I would be alright . The technician that wheeled me out after was great too.

Dr. Fixelle was the most negligent doctor I have ever encountered, especially from a “specialist” He spent our entire visit talking about himself and his personal life (which I did not care about at all!) He made absolutely no effort whatsoever to diagnose me, much less provide any relief. True definition of a quack. Save your time and money and find another gastroenterologist

Initially, I was impressed with the service of this office, but then their bedside manner became awful. The nurse, kim, is terrible. I was told incorrect diagnoses in which the nurse stated herself she didn’t know what it was. After an invasive surgery that yield negative results the doctor never checked in on me. I was told that “it was my responsibility to check back in with the Dr. Fixille.” They absolutely never answer the phone, and NEVER responds to the nurse hotline, i mean never.

Dr. Fixelle is incredibly thorough and took really good care of me. He spent about 25-30 minutes with me. I like that his practice is small and friendly. I highly recommend him over going to one of the large, Atlanta GI practices.

I am a patient of Dr.Fixelle, he's a very caring and compassionate doctor. I was very glad to be in such a great environment, loved the relaxing jazz music ?? before the procedure, definitely would return.

I needed a colonoscopy and with the pandemic I was able to schedule it directly without an office visit. Staff was efficient and scheduled me quickly. Great experience! Would recommend to anyone.

Dr Fixelle takes great care to talk to you find out exactly what your problem is. Then one at a time works a solution until the problem is solved. I can’t thank him enough for spending the time and caring about meAs a patient. There are so many doctors who get you in and get you out And throw a bunch of prescriptions at you and say good luck. Dr Fixelle does not do that he’s really a great listener and good doctor
