Spent time with me and explained everything he said The office staff was respectful and courteous. His nurse explained things also. I never felt rushed. He really knows cancer screening. I felt confident about his findings

Every time you call they NEVER answer the phone. They forward straight to a machine. I’ve called at least 10 times to schedule an appointment to have a cancerous spot removed. Absolutely unacceptable business policy to not answer the phones?!?

After a month waiting on this appointment when I arrive I was told they didn't accept my insurance after asking them on the phone I was told they did. The front office staff isn't friendly at all. Would not recommend

Worst place ever. I’ve treated with laser treatment and during consultation they told the treatment would be for 6months and we can come for touch ups as needed and paid the amount at the first point. But after 8months still i am seeing lot of hair on my face and i am paying again montly and going for treatment. Very bad place and bad experience for laser treatment. Money minded.

RUN to Dr. Alex Gross... He is the absolute best! And, the staff is always so polite and I’ve never had to wait over than just a couple minutes! They are so respectful of the appointment starting time. I also love his medical spa services. I always leave with the state of the art, latest skin care products.. Full of sunscreen and anti-aging! It’s truly a pleasure to visit his office! I drive from Buckhead, and I am parked and in his office within 20 minutes! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Lisa Fuller
