List of Alliance Spine And Pain Centers's Reviews
I had to recant my previous post since I’ve met Dr.K finally… I am pleased with his service even though I miss Dr. Patterson
This was the absolute worst experience ever. I see why this place has 3 stars. If I could rate 0 I would. All of my new patient information was done online to avoid a long wait time. My appointment was 245 and I didn’t leave until 5. 1 hour in the waiting area 1 hour in a room waiting on the doctor and the rest of the time explaining how I can’t be seen until I receive additional services from other providers. Basically a waste of time and copay. This is something that could have been discussed by phone prior to my visit.
Dr. Patterson and his staff are definitely top notch and deserve 10 stars not just 5. From the first visit Dr. Patterson has been phenomenal. I had an anterior spinal fusion in May of last year. I have been experiencing severe pains in general since my surgery I have been experiencing extreme discomfort walking sitting standing along with several other painful issues in arching of my spine. Dr. Patterson spent at least 20 to 30 minutes listening to my issues concerns and physically examining me. He has gone over and beyond what I expected in my treatment injections and ablations. I expressed my concerns about strong medications and i prefer to stay away from them if possible. He listened and honored my request. If I was able to I would make Dr. Patterson my primary care physician. He has a calm demeanor and has an excellent bedside manner. I was seeing Dr. Patterson at the Conyers GA office and moved my care over 56 miles one way to the Camp Creek location when I found out Dr. Patterson would not be coming back to the Conyers location in the foreseeable. The staff at the Conyers and Camp Creek locations are caring helpful and simply amazing. I would recommend both locations to anyone needing pain management treatment.
Horrible experience. Like a revolving door for pain patients. Get your money and get you out...... The wait time was ridiculously long. Waited almost 2 hours And they couldnt care less about making me wait even though I had left work for WAY longer than I expected. Dr. Rosenfeld barely listened. I felt no genuine concern from him. I heard him in his office having a personal conversation on the phone while I was waiting and waiting. 2 injections neither worked. Went to a spine and neurosurgery doctor NOT a pain management place. Got 1 injection felt better immediately after getting off the table. OH and I was NOT put under anesthesia and charged $1000s of dollars. This place is awful. Find somewhere else to go. Find a Spine Center NOT a pain management clinic. They offer the same thing. Its terrible I had to wait 5 weeks to get into this pain center. I got an appointment at the actual spine center within 1 week.
The staff are all basically nice to deal with. The problem is getting a Preauth done in order to get pain medication refilled each month. My last visit was on 1272020. The nurses and staff were informed that they needed to submit a Preauth for my pain medication as they have to do each month. Lately I end up either running out of my pain medication or very close to running out before they will submit anything. I have to constantly call them several times a day to remind them. They always say it takes up to a week to get the Preauth done or that it has already been submitted but my insurance says they havent received one and it only takes 2448 hours. I dont know whos job it is to submit a patients Preauth but someone is definitely NOT doing their job. My insurance has offered to help me find another pain management provider which I plan on doing at the first of the new year.NOT everything can be blamed on covid19 but Alliance Spine and Pain Management will use that as an excuse or just lie to you saying they have submitted the Preauth when they havent done a thing.
I love the care provided by Dr. Patterson and his entire staff. I do not have another physician that matches his standards care. His office staff move in the matter of a well oil machine. Many medical establishments can learn a lot by observing their professionalism and respect expressed towards their patients and one another. I actually enjoy my visits. Keep up the good work. Love you guys.
Alliance Spine and Pain Centers at Camp Creek was created to bring quality care to the south side of Atlanta which has been traditionally underserved with medical specialists. If you are interested in being treated by some of the best physicians in the field of pain management at a convenient location and wish to be treated like family rather than a number please schedule an appointment with one of our doctors. WE ARE PRIMARILY AN INTERVENTIONAL CLINIC meaning that we focus on procedures that may help or eliminate your pain. In special circumstances medication management may be your only option. Complaints that we are focused on interventions is akin to going to a surgeon and saying you dont want surgery and expecting him or her to continue scheduling appointments for you and prescribe medications rather than referring you to a more appropriate specialist. Any doctor can prescribe pain medications. Our expertise is centered around our 13 years of medical training including anesthesiology and interventional pain management. All of the physicians here are board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine and have been trained at top universities such as Harvard Medical School and Vanderbilt University amongst other notable institutions. We make every effort to provide a high quality experience to our patients starting with a state of the art facility. We pride ourselves in treating every patient with skill integrity and compassion. Pain management continues to be an evolving field and there are many rules and regulations that we must follow in order to remain compliant and safe. Medications that were once prescribed freely and at high dosages are no longer the standard of care which may upset some patients. However we utilize interventional techniques Physical Therapy and the latest technology along with appropriate medications to relieve your chronic pain. I am from southwest Atlanta and vowed to bring high quality care to this area as a resident and fellow in pain management. Please visit us for yourself and experience the best that Atlanta has to offer

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
