Dr Patterson was the best 👌 out of all the other doctors that I had seen before him....HE WAS THE ONLY DOCTOR THAT FOUND OUT WHAT MY PROBLEMS WERE....theres a lot of great doctors that is affiliated with this pain clinic that goes above and beyond to get you comfortable with the pain that you are having from day to day...even though Ive heard a lot of bad news about this clinic I would still like to be a patient with ISPC so many different people didnt like this clinic because they preformed drug screening to make sure that you are not abusing your medications or taking other medications and drugs...I NEVER HAD ANYTHING TO WORRY ABOUT BECAUSE I KNEW THAT I COULD PASS MINE EVEN IF I WAS CALLED OUT OF THE BLUE TO COME IN FOR A DRUG SCREEN ANY TIME.....AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON TAKING YOUR MEDICATION AND NOT ABUSING IT OR OTHER DRUGS YOU WILL BE JUST FINE WITH THEM....I LOVE AND MISS YOU DR PATTERSON AND THANKS FOR THE AMAZING SERVICES YOU AND YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF RENDERED TO MYSELF.....GOOD LUCK WITH THE NEW OCCUPATION OF YOUR CHOICE LOVE THE CHESTER FAMILY

very compassionate Doctors Pas and staff. I have been treated in this Clinic for a long time. Dr Ramon Espinal is my 1 he started treating me as a patient who had been going for a few years. to make a long story short I had been going thru a very hard divorce lost my insurance and needed treatment. He treated me for free. yes for free until I could get some insurance. The Doctor patient bond is like no other. Hes still my Dr today. I have so much respect for him and Im so grateful for all he has done for me. He keeps me as pain free as I can be much respect the staff works so hard

I loved Dr. Tate when I first met her. I thought she was my answer for relief of back pain. People who don’t live with chronic pain have no idea what a miserable life it truly is. I was given pain meds and spine injections which costs thousands of dollars for each procedure. After trying 3 injections I told them I didn’t want to take them anymore. As soon as I quit making them money they decided I didn’t have enough medicine in my drug screen and changed all my medications. They also told me I didn’t need surgery so I would continue to make them more money. Needless to say I finally had my spine fusion surgery last summer after seeing my new doctor. I suffered for a year longer bc I trusted them and all they care about is how much money they can make off of you. Just beware if you’re not making them a lot of money you won’t be treated with respect.

They are unfailingly professional and treat you with great respect and courtesy. The staff is very friendly and concerned with your wellbeing.

I had sciatica and couldn’t hardly walk a few months ago. I had 2 procedures and now I’m feeling like myself again I can finally tie my own shoes without feeling pain Dr.Espinal is absolutely wonderful

Horrible experience.  Like a revolving door for pain patients.  Get your money and get you out......    The wait time was ridiculously long.  Waited almost 2 hours  And they couldnt care less about making me wait even though I had left work for WAY longer than I expected.   Dr. Rosenfeld barely listened. I felt no genuine concern from him. I heard him in his office having a personal conversation on the phone while I was waiting and waiting.  2 injections neither worked.   Went to a spine and neurosurgery doctor NOT a pain management place.  Got 1 injection felt better immediately after getting off the table.   OH and I was NOT put under anesthesia and charged $1000s of dollars.  This place is awful.  Find somewhere else to go.   Find a Spine Center NOT a pain management clinic.  They offer the same thing.   Its terrible I had to wait 5 weeks to get into this pain center.  I got an appointment at the actual spine center within 1 week.

The staff are all basically nice to deal with. The problem is getting a Preauth done in order to get pain medication refilled each month. My last visit was on 1272020. The nurses and staff were informed that they needed to submit a Preauth for my pain medication as they have to do each month. Lately I end up either running out of my pain medication or very close to running out before they will submit anything. I have to constantly call them several times a day to remind them. They always say it takes up to a week to get the Preauth done or that it has already been submitted but my insurance says they havent received one and it only takes 2448 hours. I dont know whos job it is to submit a patients Preauth but someone is definitely NOT doing their job. My insurance has offered to help me find another pain management provider which I plan on doing at the first of the new year.NOT everything can be blamed on covid19 but Alliance Spine and Pain Management will use that as an excuse or just lie to you saying they have submitted the Preauth when they havent done a thing.

Dr Shah is the best. During a procedure i mentioned a foot pain I had been dealing with for almost 3 years he suggested to centralize the injections I normally get a bit to see if it would help the foot pain Im dealing with as we both believed it was caused by a nerve. Bam sure enough my foot pain was gone Thank you Dr. Shah for being an Angel to all of us who suffer chronic pain

Dr Shalin Shah at the Augusta GA location Has done wonders with the injections to my neck and my lower back thank you Dr. Shah for helping me with my pain.

They treat you like family not just another old patient with problems. They truly cares about your health. if you ever in some pain please make your appointment and go them. The staff is kindcaringfunny and professional. I love my team at my Conyers center they are the BEST
