Dr. Hendrick was competent and kind. He took time to explain and answer questions. His staff was pleasant and comprehensive. My husband was impressed with the way I was treated and will be making himself an appointment with Dr. Hendrick.

Dr. Hendrick rudely stated he washed his hands when I asked him if he was going to put on some gloves prior to administering shots. He was supposed to put on gloves for that procedure to prevent infection but didn't. Even during a pandemic he refused to considerate of the patient's health. He was sure to protect himself by advising others to keep their mask on. He cut me a sharp look when I asked if he had allowed enough time for the numbing drops to take affect. He acted as though he was above being asked any questions about his techniques. The shots he administered were painful.

I was extremely pleased today with Dr. Hendrick. First of all we was easy to talk with and he listened to my questions concerning my eye concerns. He explained what the diagnosis is and how we can possibly slow down the problem. I feel very confident that I am in the right place.

My wife had small black spots in the left eye we saw this person that can't even be called doctor and said after preforming surgery she would not experience any more spotting or vision loss due to her health including diabetes after the surgery she lost complete vision in her left eye but before the surgery she could see good just floating black spots around now she is half blond and when we followed up for check up and he saw the surgery made it worst best thing he could say was " I met you partially blind on your first appointment " which was a lie I don't recommend this doctor or any doctors at Emory Hospital

I highly recommend Dr. Hendricks. He is very nice, answers all questions, remembers me/family with me. He did a great job on my very detached retina.

I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, caring physician when I suffered a retinal detachment. Sat with me, explained the situation and my options, calmed my fears during such a traumatic event. A retinal detachment happens out of the blue and has to be treated immediately. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Hendrick and highly recommend him.
