Dr. Namnoum and the entire staff at Shady Grove are AMAZING. We had been on our fertility journey for a year when we switched to Shady Grove. We really wanted to find a doctor that was the right fit for us and we are so glad we found Dr. Namnoum. The level of communication and compassion we were shown was above and beyond. Our plans were clear and communicated well both by Dr. Namnoum and Rachael the nurse we worked with. We are so thankful to be apart of the Shady Grove family and highly recommend Dr. Namnoum for anyone looking for a supportive compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Namnoum and team. Everyone at the office was lovely, and I love my nurses Dawn and Teena. Dr. Namnoum is my kind of doctor -- she's compassionate and brilliant. She provided me with all information and let me make educated decisions on my treatment plan. She's also quick! She went above and beyond to ensure I was able to start treatments as soon as possible: she put me on birth control for a few weeks so that I didn't have to wait a full cycle to start medicated cycles, then she finagled her schedule so that I could start IVF prior to the office closure over holidays. Treatment: I'm 34, have PCOS, and came to Dr. Namnoum after trying for ~6 months. I tried three medicated cycles with Letrozole before moving to IVF. My first IVF transfer was successful, and I have 4 frozen embryos left! (Timeline: initial consultation was in July and I got pregnant from my FET in Jan, graduated to OB in Mar). Dr. Namnoum was honest and realistic but still kind and supportive. At least in my opinion thats exactly what you need when dealing with something as emotionally challenging as infertility. And maybe most importantly I got pregnant after only one IVF cycle. So the protocol she uses works. Now my husband and I have a healthy happy sweet little 8month old boy We couldnt be happier

Dr. Namnoum and her amazing team have been a delight to work with. We are celebrating being pregnant with our second child the first child was thanks to Dr. Namnoum and her team a few years ago. We had a nonstraightforward rollercoaster of a journey as IVF can tend to be and I was grateful for how her team handled each chapter of the journey supporting us with information encouragement and realistic expectations. It is truly a gift in our lives to have such a kind and thoughtful expert in Dr. Namnoum to support and literally grow our family

I can't Express in words how much Dr. Namnoum has been such an intricate part in our fertility journey. The ups and downs, heartache, and tears with trying to conceive was one of toughest things we have been through and if it wasn't for the kind, generous, loving, understandable Doctors, nurses, and medical team at Shady Grove Fertility clinic I don't know how we would have made it two years trying. Tracy, Dawn, my lab girls, the embryology team, the administration team, etc. The list goes on... these people are our family and I hope that you will allow them to be yours.
