Place is very slow one person taking information and one testing
I have been coming here for a while now for my tests, and Rebecca has been so nice. Highly recommended! Ask for Rebecca and she will take care of you.
This is by far the best lab I have ever been to. We went to get travel covid tests and the owner Theresa along with the team members are the sweetest and most genuine individuals I have come across. The amount of attention to detail and care they add to your concerns is exceptional and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I don't even live in the area and I can assure you that I will go out of my way again to do business at this lab.
I was very disappointed today by the way that my testing was handled. I went to my scheduled appointment to get the Rapid COVID-19 test ($150 fee) early this morning. I arrived on time, and the person who was at the front desk was very rude and forceful in the way that she communicated with me. They don't tell you online that you are not supposed to enter the office, there are signs but I was confused about how to notify them of my arrival. They don't meet COVID-19 appointments at the door and get upset if you walk in, so I would suggest calling them when you arrive so as to not get your head bitten off. Then when getting ready to take a large fee from me for the rapid test, I was told that the "machine was calibrating" and that it would actually take about an hour not 20 minutes, and is that okay? I said yes, but that I was paying for the rapid test for a reason and would be waiting for results asap so that I could head to work if my results were negative. I was assured it would not take more than two hours at the most. I just called at 11:30 am, since I had not received results, and I was told that "the machine had been offsite" and that "the machine was calibrating" (yes - the same reason stated earlier) so I should call back in 1 hour. I asked if I would be refunded a portion of the $150 they charged me for the test (which promises results in 20 minutes) and was told "No, there are no discounts. Please call back later". I am not impressed by the way this was handled at all. Having a kind/caring attitude would go a long way for the person at the front, rather than barking instructions, and telling people the truth about the timeline so that we can plan our lives accordingly (or at least not promising something you cannot deliver) would be helpful improvements to be focused on for ARC Labs.
As a business owner - Arcpoint Labs, Theresa the owner, and Priscilla the technician were all great to work with. Called them in the morning and was able to schedule on site testing (we are in Santa Fe Springs) for our entire company the same day. The testing was quick, about 2 minutes per employee, and we got the results back within the hour. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
