I Called at 8:45 AM to make an appt waited 1 hour to speak with someone, only to be placed on hold for another 30 minutes. A young lady finally came to the line and said an OBGYN would call me back by the end of the day. Here it is the NEXT day and no call back. I'll take that as a sign to go elsewhere. The receptionist or whoever was very unprofessional and ghetto.

Horrible service !!! I been waiting a yr for my daughter to see a doctor. The staff is very unorganized. Once they finally set her an appointment. The day of her appointment I missed it bcuz they couldn’t find her in the system till after her appointment was over!!!!

It's a well equipped medical clinic, the grounds as well as the clinic are clean. The staff are professional and the Doctors are knowledgeable

It is very hard to contact this Doctor on the phone. It almost takes an act of Congress to talk to her. I'm thinking about finding a new doctor.

AWFUL! Go somewhere else! They have the WORST customer service and make you come in for a visit, during COVID, for refills.Patient beware.

My son was going there ..but I ended up transferring my son to another pediatrician locations near my location. Some of the dr. Are rude and decided to call clayton county dfcs on me for no reason . And it was time for me nd my son to leave from there..sometimes the nurse or the dr. Will have an attitude for no reason but I wouldnt reccomend Asa G Yancey to nobody.

This clinic is very unorganized. The call center is very nasty the customer service is horrible I have been using this clinic for 4 years and two years ago is when the clinic became bad. I have never had to go back and fourth with a person so much. They tell lies and is very unprofessional it’s terrible. Hopefully they do something different to change the service there.
