I cannot say enough about Dr. Stepanian! She truly cares about her patients and was extremely knowledgeable and very encouraging about an under-diagnosed condition I have related to infertility. She helped me see hope in my situation and always took extra time to listen to all of my questions. Without hesitation, I wanted Dr. Stepanian to perform my recommended surgery as I felt fully comfortable with her from the moment I met her. She truly was a God-send for me and such a big part of my recent journey to healing! She will forever be one of my favorite doctors.

Being told you may need surgery is never something anyone wants to hear, especially during a pandemic. Yet that is exactly what happened to me. However, looking back, I am glad I was told that, or else I would have never met Dr. Assia Stepanian. The staff at her office is always kind and professional. They had the same sense of gentleness and caring as their leader. From my first visit, I could tell how attentive and gentle Dr. Stepanian is with her patients. She listened to me and my husband, let us share our concerns, worked to create a plan that worked for us, and gave us her personal cell number in case we had any questions. Days before the surgery, her office staff completed blood work that I could not get an appointment for at the hospital due to Covid-19. I got a call from Dr. Stepanian to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed and wishing me a good night’s rest. How many surgeons do that? Dr. Stepanian is truly one of kind and worth your time.

This doctor and office are by far my favorite ob-gyn team that I've ever had. They are personable and make me feel like a family. Dr. Stepanian is not just extremely smart and knows her stuff but she is caring x 100%! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants and needs answers from a doctor and staff who are willing to do what it takes. My mom also switched over to her and she is also thankful for her experience.

I was recommended to Dr. Stepanian by my three girlfriends at work for her outstanding attention to detail and personable attitude to patients. As it's been very difficult to find a good doctor, and I've switched many a times, Dr. Stepanian is a "breath of fresh air" - professional to the T, has a truly human touch to her patients, caring, and meticulous when it comes to details. Highly recommend to everyone!

I was referred to Dr. Stepanian by my general doctor. I moved here from another state and had been with my OB/GYB for 25 years. I was pleasantly surprised that I would like her this much. She was super thorough with her explanation of hormone replacement and answered all of my concerns about them and other concerns I had about physical and body changes. Her bedside manner is great. She reminded me of my doc from home state only I think I would even enjoy having a glass of wine with her-her knowledge and life experiences interest me. I feel I can trust her with my female medical care. My GP was right about Dr. Stepanian, she is a "wonderful human".

I have a great experience every time I visit Dr Stepanian!! She provides a very human and warm approach. I wish all doctors were like her!! Highly recommended :)

I went to Dr. Stepanian for 5 years before finally deciding to switch gynecologist. The doctor starts off each appointment with a friendly hug but after that she’s rude, talks down to her patients, consistently changes nursing staff and has extremely long wait times. I kept going to get over the years because she’s skilled in her profession but her bedside manner can use some work. Don’t let the fake hugs and smile fool you.

Dr Stepanian is a solid gold human being . I have had increasing trouble with bothersome painful fibroids into my 30s. She has gone the extra mile for me arranging appointment times that accommodate my busy schedule and compassionate care I’ve frankly never received elsewhere . Our conversations are about real solutions. Very comfortable to talk to, like a friend. Beautiful office , convenient parking . I am 100% trusting and grateful for her care and expertise .

I wish Dr Stepanian could be my doctor for everything! She is exactly what the definition of DOCTOR should be: very knowledgeable, caring, understanding, and takes the time to explain your diagnosis along with options at a level that is comforting. I was giving a diagnosis by another doctor that left me scared and in the dark. After 5 minutes with Dr Stepanian I felt at ease and that I was going to be okay. I cannot recommend Dr Stepanian enough!

I was new to the state and read a lot of reviews online before going to see Dr Stepanian. I was surprised to come back on this site since my visit and see another review mention the same thing that left a bad taste in my mouth from my visit - her discussion about having children early in life. I came in to discuss birth control options, I was 25 and she told me I had “passed my prime” for having children, that I should stop “messing around” with my boyfriend and get married and prioritize having children ASAP. She then bashed American culture for women priotizing their careers over families. I was speechless and cried the whole way home because I felt so violated. I guess if you’re trying to start a family she might be a compassionate doctor, but if not I would seriously recommend seeking anything doctor.
